About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the breathworktraining.com.au website and all programs, retreats, and services offered by Breathwork Training Australia, operated by Michael Adamedes.
By using this website or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Programs and Services
Breathwork Training Australia offers the following categories of programs and services:
- Practitioner certification training (online and in-person)
- Weekend residential retreats
- Online training programs and courses
- Trauma recovery training
- Sports performance breathwork programs
- Dysfunctional pattern clearing programs
- Discovery call consultations
Program descriptions, dates, locations, and pricing are provided in good faith and subject to change. We will notify enrolled participants of any material changes to a program they have booked.
Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting an enquiry, contact form, or discovery call booking via this website does not constitute an enrolment or binding contract. Enrolment is confirmed only once we have communicated acceptance and any required deposit or payment has been received.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
Payments and Cancellations
Specific payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies for each program are confirmed during your discovery call or enrolment process. The following general principles apply:
- Deposits are generally required to secure a place in a program or retreat and may be non-refundable depending on the program.
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before a program start date will generally be eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future program, subject to program-specific terms.
- Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before a program start date may not be eligible for a refund, unless exceptional circumstances apply at our discretion.
- Program cancellations by us will result in a full refund or rebooking at the participant’s preference.
For refund of the Discounted price – the following three conditions apply:
- Request in writing within 12 months of payment, otherwise no refund is applicable.
- Practical module – full refund less current cost of weekends or camps attended plus $100 service fee.
- Theoretical module – full refund less the lessons downloaded plus $50 service fee.
Any applicable refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
Health, Wellbeing, and Suitability
Breathwork practices can be powerful and are not suitable for everyone. By enrolling in a program, you confirm that:
- You are in a suitable state of physical and mental health to participate in breathwork training
- You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions (including cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, or severe mental illness) during your discovery call or pre-enrolment assessment
- You accept full responsibility for your participation and will inform us of any changes in your health status before a program commences
Results and Outcomes
Testimonials and case studies shared on this website reflect the genuine experiences of past participants. Individual results may vary significantly depending on personal circumstances, commitment, and a range of other factors.
We make no guarantee of specific outcomes from participation in any program or retreat.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
