0:05Welcome everyone and this is the third presentation in the spiritual series and in this presentation there are four parts. Part one is about Tantra. Part two is about the transcendent state. Part three is the ego mind and part four is explaining some techniques and then after the presentation there will be time for questions.
0:32Just the standard logistics please turn off your phones. Have a notebook pen handy if you wish. Glass of water and this entire presentation with questions should take about an hour and I'd like to start with a quick centering exercise. So if you just let everything go for a moment.
0:59Spine straight head erect eyes gently closed and absolutely perfectly still for a few seconds. And take your awareness to the sounds around you. The sounds outside of the room sound of traffic sound of nature people outside of the room. And take your awareness to your breath.
2:05And take in two really long slow breaths in and out through the nose. And return your attention back to the screen. So as I said before welcome and the first section is on Tantra. But just before I explain Tantra I want to quickly go back to some of the things recapping some of the things I said in the last two presentations.
3:00The first one is that our awareness is an energy field that connects to our physical body. And that our physical body has its own genetic and ancestral memory. And so we have this energy thing connecting to the physical thing. And then the next stage in our evolution is that we're going to step into a place that unifies us to the collective unconscious to other human beings and to something greater than us.
3:37But the challenge that we face is that the programming of our perception sees us separated from each other. And has us still at effect to the material world. And so this whole thing about being an energetic body connected to the physical body and connecting to something greater. For most of us is fantasy.
3:59There's no real reality to it. A lot of people talk about it. You may have read it somewhere. But your own physical experience of it may not be there.
4:13And this is what Tantra is about. Tantra is a methodology to support you to have a direct experience of that. And it was worked out more than 4,000 years ago. Because 5,000 years ago, because 5,000 years ago, the script on it was written out.
4:36And it was a pretty well established science at the time. And the offshoots from Tantra are Zen and Dau. And then is kind of a mystical tradition for the Japanese. And the Dau is a mystical tradition for the Chinese.
4:55And Tantra is one of the mystical traditions for the Indian Hindus. And so this whole Tantra thing is all about enabling you to have that direct experience with this energetic conscious self. And also to experience emerging. And the word Tantra means a method or technique.
5:26And it's not an intellectual proposition. It's not something that you could set and read and study. It's an experience. And it only works if you go through it and experience it.
5:39And Tantra can be thought of as the science of in effect spirituality. It science means a systematic rational collection of techniques to enable you to transcend the ego mind and experience something greater. It's like a drop falling into the ocean or more like the ocean dropping into the drop. So it's more it's like an experience of something far greater.
6:10So Tantra is all about that. And a very famous yogi, OSHA, says unless you are receptive, ready, vulnerable to the experience, it's not going to come to you. So you need to prepare yourself and cleanse yourself and be present and able to receive this. Because this thing comes to you rather than you going to it.
6:38That's why it said rather than the drop going into the ocean. It's more like the ocean coming into the drop. This thing comes to you. And it requires a transformation in you.
6:51A releasing from fixed patents of thinking and opening yourself to being able to merge. In fact, a profound surrender. That's a big deal. In order to surrender, it requires a solid core self.
7:10It requires something in you that feels secure and stable and able to receive. Most of us are still caught in needing to survive and struggle, control the environment and do things and work for things to be able to sit, receive and trust is a big deal. And also this process requires a letting go of thinking and attitude and mind. Because that and desires, you know, the need to achieve something.
7:45And in being able to have that, this other thing takes place. And this connection beyond the mind occurs. And it's beyond thought and explanation. I want to introduce you to Osho.
8:03And Osho is a very controversial figure. He was probably one of the main spiritual teachers of the last half of the 20th century. And very controversial, a very specific individual. Netflix has done a documentary on him called Wild Wild Country Rajnesh Puram.
8:27And it's about the ranch that was set up by Osho and his followers in Antelope Oregon in the United States. And the progression of what occurred and then all the misadventures that happened in the whole thing fell apart. So, you know, what part Osho had to do in that, I'm not really sure. But what I do recognize is that the essence of what he says and how he presents himself is remarkable.
9:02And he is definitely, for me, a role model. And someone I have the greatest respect for. And certainly the teachings that he has brought through. But one of the most significant things I've read that Osho has done is this thing called The Book of Secrets.
9:25And the book of Secrets was a series of 80 discourses that he gave between the first of October 1972 to the first of March 1973. So, over a five month period, he gave 80 talks explaining the 112 techniques. And the 112 techniques were called the Vigiana Barraub Tantra. And this is a sacred text that comes through the Hindu tradition.
10:03And in this text, it explains, or it lists 112 techniques. And these 112 techniques are fundamentally designed to enable you to stop the mind, to transcend the mind, to let go of the mind, to be here in present time, and to be in a surrendered state in order to receive this thing. So, it is not telling you to be good, or telling you how to behave. It is showing you 112 different methodologies for you to choose one.
10:44You only need one to practice on a regular basis. And in doing that, it will transform you, prepare you so that you're able to receive. Because this whole process is based on a direct experience. You don't have to be moral or immoral.
11:03You just have to be diligent in practicing the technique. In practicing the technique, in time, it's just you will make that connection. And it's said that Buddha practiced a breathing technique. And it took him six years of diligently practicing the breathing technique,
11:25till on one night it happened to be the night of the former man. And this connection occurred. Other great masters documented and shown to have spent even more years practicing various techniques. And this connection occurs.
11:46And in the Buddhist tradition, literally thousands of people are recorded to have made this connection and found this place of great peace. And the book of secrets is the explanation of these 112 techniques and then answering questions for those about those techniques.
12:18The actual 112 techniques take up about three or four, eight or four pages, whereas Osho's explanation is 1300 pages. And the advantage with Osho's explanation is it's put into contemporary language. Whereas each one of the techniques is like a formula.
12:43It's like e equals mc squared, the formula that Einstein very famously put together regarding the relationship between energy and matter. You could see that formula then to explain it and understand it could take volumes. The same with these 112 techniques. You can be given the technique, breathe through your nose and be aware of the pause between the inhalation and the exhalation.
13:14That's one of the very early techniques to understand that. Osho takes, I don't know, 10 pages of explanation and all are very valuable. An amazing, wonderful reference if you want to pursue this sort of understanding highly recommended. Again, it's not a simple book.
13:40It's very, very deep. And to read that, I would say, probably take a couple of years. But you don't have to read it, cover it, cover it. Pick things. Very inspirational.
13:58The word vignana means consciousness. And barreva means the state beyond consciousness. It's beyond the mind. Consciousness is the mind.
14:12Barreva is beyond the mind. And Tantra is the method. So basically vignana barreva, Tantra means the method of going beyond consciousness. The method of going beyond the mind.
14:26So the process, all these techniques are to enable you to neutralize the mind. It's in the neutralizing of the mind that this other thing occurs. And this other thing is what I call the transcendent state. It is this place that is beyond thinking and feeling.
14:49I was blessed many years ago. It was actually in February of 1978 to have met this remarkable person in Morocco, Ahamid Sufi. And he had permanently achieved this state of transcendence.
15:07And when I asked him on a couple of occasions, what's it feel like? What's it about? He would always say it's beyond the mind.
15:17It's beyond his ability to explain it. It is something that needs to be experienced. And so it needs to, you need a methodology, one of whatever technique you feel resonates with you,
15:34and then consistently applying it over a period of time. The one of the traditional ways of describing it, as I mentioned earlier, is it's a drop merging with the ocean. But it's more literally the ocean merging with the drop,
15:52because the drop is clear, it's free, and then this connection occurs. I want to also introduce you to another one of my kind of heroes. And his name is David Hawkins.
16:10And David Hawkins was very famous psychiatrist in the United States, and he died in 2012. And I believe an enlightened master. He had achieved this state of transcendence.
16:29And the value with someone, what David Hawkins is that he speaks our language. He was formally educated. He went to university at a time he was studying for his psychiatric degree. His medical degree.
16:46He was very much an atheist. And he thought, you know, this god thing was a lot of nonsense. And earlier in his life, when he was 12 years of age, he had a near-death experience.
16:57He was a paper boy. And he was somewhere in the middle of America. He was in Wisconsin in 1939. And he got lost in a snowstorm while delivering his papers
17:14and basically died in the snow. And his father came out looking for him, found him, resuscitated him, brought him back. And he was OK.
17:23And he really never talked to anyone about it. And there wasn't something that he thought that he needed to talk about. And then during the Second World War, he served as a commander on a minesweeper.
17:39And then finished the Second World War, went to university, and became a medical practitioner and a psychiatrist. And then I'll just read you his experience of the transcendent state and what led up to it.
17:55And here he is, he says, the stresses of a profoundly professional life led to a progressive fatal illness, which did not respond to any available treatments. But at age 38, I was in extremists. And I knew that I was about to die.
18:18I didn't care about the body, but my spirit was in a state of extreme anguish and despair. As the final moment approached, the thought flashed through my mind. What if there is a God?
18:32So I called out in prayer. If there is a God, I asked him to help me now and surrendered to whatever God there might be and went into oblivion. When consciousness returned, a transformation of such enormity,
18:49it had taken place there was only silence and awe. The person that had been no longer existed. There was no personal eye or self or ego. Only an infinite presence of unlimited power that had replaced what had been me.
19:11The body and its actions were controlled solely by the infinite will of presence. In this state, there was no need to think about anything. All truth was self-evident. And no conceptualization was necessary or even possible.
19:32At the same time, the physical nervous system felt extremely over-taxed as though it was carrying far more energy than its circuits had been designed for. This is David Hawkins. He lived to the age of about, I think, 84, 85.
19:53So this was at the age of 38. He lived almost not quite 50 years further on. But this is what occurred for him. And he'd given up all motivation for work and that.
20:07But then he was asked to go back, my friends, get back into doing his practice. And then he started working in his practice again. And then the practice grew. And he says the practice after this event had 2,000 outpatients,
20:24which required more than 50 therapists and other employees, a suite of 25 officers as well as a research clinical and electroencephylactic laboratories. Probably not pronounced properly. But anyway, there were 1,000 new patients each year.
20:48In addition, there are appearances on radio and network TV shows. And then he talks about the overall condition of the nervous system improved slowly. And then another phenomena commenced. A suite, delicious band of continuously of energy,
21:11continuously flowed up the spine and into the brain, where it created an intense sensation of exquisite pleasure. Everything in life unfolded in synchronicity, evolving in perfect harmony. The miraculous was commonplace.
21:33This is David Hawkins' experience. He's hesitant in the book, reality and subjectivity. I, reality and subjectivity. It's available for purchase.
21:43You can read it. You can have a look at it. Here he is, a medical practitioner having gone through an experience that, and then relating it to us.
21:53The Buddha, you know, this is a Zen Buddhist satat you in Japan. And Buddha described the transcendent state as avoid nothingness. Here is a visual interpretation of the void by artist Alex Gray. So in Buddha saying it's avoid, it's nothing.
22:20He's trying to get away from using a mental description. He's trying to say it's beyond mental description. It is something that can't be explained. And so it is a nothingness.
22:35He's trying to make it the unexplainable into something he's called it avoid. That was his best attempt of explanation. But even that confuses you, because it makes you think that there is something. But he's saying it's beyond the ability to conceive it.
22:55In my experience, I can say I probably had, I don't know, 30, 40 connections to this place of great piece to this place of everything is going to be okay and wonderful. And it's like everything stops and it connects. You could describe it as a Samari experience.
23:26A Samari experience is a kind of a temporary connection to this thing, temporarily connecting with me. And Lightman is the full-time permanent connection. And so slowly, slowly, these Samari experiences occur. And then one day, a permanent connection takes place.
23:52For me, I'm still a senior student still going through the journey, letting go, letting go, letting go. In the process of explaining it to you, talking about it to you, I'm also a student to this conversation and learning as well. And so the ultimate journey, the ultimate destiny is a connection to something that completely fulfills us. The next thing I want to talk about, part three, is the ego mind, because the greatest obstacle to connecting to this presence to this sense of all is at the programming of our mind.
24:42And in order to be able to transcend the mind just to remind you in another presentation, I discussed this again before, but just to remind you, the characteristics of the mind, the characteristics of the ego mind. When I talk about the ego mind, I'm really just saying the way your perception has been programmed. And this perception that's been programmed is something that you've inherited. And the first thing about this program perception is that it's not a thing.
25:21It's not a thing, it's an event. And a thing has substance in it, an event is a process. And a rock is a thing, a wave is an event. A wave is the event between the wind and the ocean. It's a process.
25:40The ego mind is a process. It really doesn't exist. But they move so fast, you don't recognize or see the gap between them. And your ego mind is like a crowd. And what you can do is because it's a crowd and it's an event, it means that you can change it, you can stop it by just drilling down to the individual thoughts and then just watching them.
26:15And so the characteristics of the ego mind is that it's an absence of presence. It's like an absence of your attention. It's you not focusing and looking. If you sit quietly and look deep into your mind, the continuity of thinking is broken and the mind disappears.
26:40Thoughts are there. But for that brief period of time, the ego mind is gone. The opinion, attitude, judgment is gone. When the mind is gone, a second perception becomes possible. You see that the thoughts are not yours.
26:59Not a single thought has come from your being. They are always coming from outside of you. They have taken ownership and allowed them to be with you. But they aren't like clouds resting on top of a hill.
27:15Rootless, homeless, they hover. You don't need to do anything simply by watching, they move on their own and peace is obtained. So with the letting go of the mind, it requires you to understand that it's a process and it's individual thoughts that are coming and going. And these thoughts are always ultimately from outside.
27:48So one of the challenges of releasing and getting letting go of the mind, the letting go of the mind is the disidentifying from the ego mind. It's the letting the disidentifying from the thoughts to let go of the thoughts representing you. Because I feel anxious and something hasn't worked, I don't need to go into failure, failure, failure. Here is this chemical reaction taking place in my body.
28:23Here are these thoughts that are associated from past experiences that say something's inadequate. I'm inadequate. Something's wrong. It's not okay. All I need to do is watch this thought coming into my mind saying, oh, something's wrong. Or this didn't work. Oh, it's my fault. I failed. Oh, there's something wrong with me.
28:50I've just got to watch that and not make that represent me. And so this is a disidentification. Yes, that thought is in your mind. Yes, that feeling state sits in your body. Yes, this experience is happening to you, but it does not define you. This is not who you are.
29:14This is part of a programming that you've inherited. If you identify and think that that represents you, you continue to keep that programming in place as soon as you recognize it. As something that's happening within you, then you've started the process of disidentifying. You could say to yourself, these things, this is not me and these things will pass.
29:47And so it's really just watching it and not seeing it as representing you. The second thing about letting go of the mind is this idea of accepting 100% responsibility. And it's a matter of accepting 100% responsibility for the circumstances of your life. And even though I accept responsibility for the circumstances of my life, it doesn't mean I'm to blame.
30:19It doesn't mean I created it. It doesn't mean I'm being punished or there's something wrong. All it means is this is the destiny that I have inherited. There is a part of my destiny that is empowering and there's a part of my destiny that is limiting. And what I'm here to do is to embrace my destiny and not see it as a reflection of who I am.
30:51It is just part of the learning I have to go through. More than 95% of this conditioned mind has been inherited. And in place before you were conceived. And so you are here to accept it and move beyond it.
31:12By taking 100% responsibility, what you do is you take the focus inward and you look at how it got programmed, how it was programmed in you. You look at what needs to change in you so that this programming no longer has an effect. And basically all that needs to occur is you disidentify, you recognize it as a thought process or a program that you've inherited. And secondly, you just sit there and observe it.
31:50Now if by not accepting 100% responsibility, what you do is you place the cause of this, the circumstances that you're experiencing outside of yourself, your emotional upset, your fear or whatever that's going on is outside. Because of someone's behavior. And the circumstances we presently find ourselves. This is where you lose yourself.
32:17The constant fear that we're being exposed to continues to push us outward in our observation of what's going on. This is a mind control thing that disempowers us. If we can recognize, yes, there is a fear. My body is responding to this fear.
32:37I am afraid of what is occurring and what is being said. Then I look into myself and say, why am I afraid? Where is that fear coming from? What part of me is stuck there?
32:51Now if I'm able to have enough presence and sit with the feeling of being anxious, afraid, uncertain and not do anything about it, I'm actually processing that. I'm reducing it. I'm breaking the automatic connection between a feeling and this thinking response. And I'm not being... my programming is changing.
33:19Eventually, if I keep doing that, that external trigger can occur and I don't have this fear response anymore. And I just at peace, they're talking about whatever they want to talk about. This is what they're putting out. That's a reality they hold. That's interesting. That's not my story.
33:39See you later. I just walk away. I don't need to be engaged. Once I'm engaged, I am trapped. I am hooked in. The breaking of this is by looking within and dealing with what I feel
33:56and being present with my feelings. I can go another step and ask myself the question as to when it first occurred and what does it mean for me. But that's another step that can help in some instances. But primarily all I need to do is disidentify from it and then look inward.
34:18That's what the 100% responsibility means. your looking for the solution to what's occurring for you within yourself, you're not looking for the solution by changing the external circumstances. Yes, you may change the external circumstances to give yourself a bit of a breathing space
34:37so that you're not constantly bombarded by these external stimuli and it's throwing you out of balance all the time. So that's okay. Quarantine yourself. While a tree is small, you need to put some shade cloth around it to protect it from the fierce drying winds. So you do need some sort of support.
34:58But once you become strong within yourself, the mature tree doesn't need a little bit of shade cloth to stop this from the strong drying winds. It can handle it easily. And so that's the idea to get to the point where you can deal with it. The fourth part I want to talk about is some techniques.
35:21And the Vigyan Barrave Tantra, written 5,000 years ago, has 112 methods. And the reason why is so that it's a method that kind of suits all types of personalities and then can fit into different cultural contexts. Even though it was written 5,000 years ago, it's universal in its application.
35:47And you only need one technique. And these techniques, you know, in a whole lot of different categories, there are breathing techniques, things about for being in present time awareness, looking techniques, looking at things outside and not engaging with them.
36:04Looking inwards centering techniques, visualizing affirmation techniques, looking at past events and seeing it as a dream, disidentifying from it. So there's a whole lot of techniques. But for me, there have been two techniques that have proved to really work.
36:23And they're the two I'd like to share with you. The first one is this method called unappana. And with unappana, there are four parts to it. The first part is focusing on the breath coming in and out of your nose.
36:45So it's really just bringing your attention to right there. The tip of your nose watching the air coming in through the tip of your nose, watching the air going out of the tip of your nose. The thing that's important is you must have your spine straight head erect.
37:01You can't do this lying down. There is some energetic thing about aligning with the magnetic field of the earth, and you need to be at right angles to the surface of the earth. And so you need to sit upright, spine straight, head erect.
37:21And the second thing is the third thing is being absolutely perfectly still. The stillness is to focus your concentration. Because with every movement, there is a whole lot of mental activity that's taking place. By really drilling down and being absolutely still, you concentrate your focus.
37:45That's what we're trying to do. Concentrate the focus. Concentrate the focus. Bring it to one point.
37:52Bring it to a deep stillness. Even to the point, if when you're sitting there, if a mosquito landed on your cheek, you don't move to squash the mosquito. You allow it to bite you.
38:04You feel the mosquito biting you. Here is the universe kissing you. And you just stay there and feel it and be there and be with it and don't move. And you said a time.
38:20And if you were doing this at home, the time I would recommend, the minimum time I would recommend is 15 minutes. And 15 minutes is enough for your endocrine system to rebalance itself and for you to go into stillness. And this would be a meditation.
38:41I would recommend you did each morning. I would like us to do one minute of this meditation right now. So just let everything go for the moment. Let whatever pins, whatever else you've got, doesn't matter for other people around or whatever's going on,
39:02or there's noise or anything. Just where you are right now, close your eyes. Spine straight, head erect, eyes gently closed, absolutely perfectly still for one minute.
39:19And take your attention to the air coming in and out through your nose. And take in one more deep breath in and out through the nose. And return your attention to the room, wherever you are, and open your eyes. And just look.
41:28Just look at it. Don't think about it. Keep breathing through the nose. Keep your attention on the nose.
41:39And then just turn your head to the left and turn your head to the right. And bring your awareness back here. It's a blessing and a joy to be here. There's a great peace and stillness.
42:36It's like rebooting the computer after it's taken on a virus. Just keep bringing yourself back to I'm here and now and everything's okay. Regardless of what I think and feel, everything's always okay. The only thing going on is my mind.
43:20Take another deep breath. And I want to show you the next method. And this next method is disidentifying from your thoughts. And it's really what I mentioned before.
43:40Your ego personality. There is no such thing. It is the process. It's like waves on the ocean.
43:50And while clouds blowing around the mountain. And what you have to do is just choose not to give those thoughts any power. Now, obviously we're thinking if it comes to planning something. I've got to sit down and work out how I'm going to achieve a particular project.
44:13And there may be several steps involved. Then sure, I'm going to sit and plan. That's different. But when I'm saying stop thinking, it's talking about having attitudes about this is good.
44:24That is wrong. These people are supportive. These people are unsupportive. I'm doing it right.
44:30I'm not doing it right. This is working. This isn't working. It's dropping all that sort of thinking.
44:35You know, I'm running late. I'm supposed to be there at a certain time. I'm not going to get there for another 20 minutes. Or let's go with the story in the head.
44:45If you're able to ring the people up and let them know what's taking place. But drop the story. I'm always late to something wrong. Or I have a whole series of bills coming in.
44:57And there's these thoughts that I'm not going to have enough money to pay for it. And I'm going into this anxiety. Oh, I'm going to be overwhelmed. This is all too difficult.
45:06What's going on? Freak out. Freak out. Freak out.
45:11I'm going to get this. You know, I have what I have. I might prioritize my expenses. I might choose to pay one of them off.
45:19Inform the others that I've got them on a program. And I'll be paying them off a piece of the time. Or I choose to pay off a piece of all my expenses. So I've got to work out a plan.
45:31But everything's manageable. It always works out. The thing that complicates it is if you start the panic. And if you make a mistake, you're meant to do it assert way.
45:42It didn't work out that way. OK. There is, it's not resourceful. Mistakes need to be corrected.
45:51Mistakes need to be corrected fast. Something didn't work. OK, how can I do it better? Well, do I need to understand?
45:58There's a mechanical physical process that exists. And I need to understand the nature of that process and improve it. Absolutely. I need to be efficient.
46:10And I need to have it timely. But I don't need to run a story about I'm wrong, I'm bad, I failed. I've got to drop that story.
46:18Because that complicates my ability to look at it and improve it. I may be consumed by shame. Some people get so ashamed about making a mistake. They even lie about making the mistake.
46:31And now where are we? We're not even saying a mistake occurred. And something needs to change or improve. We're now pretending it didn't happen.
46:38We've really complicated it. And so no, these things occur. Life has a process. I understand certain parts of that process.
46:49Some things work, some things don't work. I'm doing the best I know how. And as I progress with it, I'm improving what I can do. But I'm going to stop the story in my head.
47:00And so the affirmation for disidentifying from your thoughts, for dealing with that anxiety is I know nothing. I make no decisions. I forgot the question.
47:13I know nothing. This is what's occurring. I know nothing. I'm saying I'm not making a decision, a judgment around what this means.
47:26You know, I didn't get there on time. It doesn't mean I failed. I didn't get there on time. It doesn't mean they think less of me.
47:34I didn't get there on time. It doesn't mean I'm wrong or something, whatever. And so, because I know nothing and I'm not making any decisions, I stop asking myself questions.
47:52What's going to happen? What they think is this all right? Stop it. Another way, a short hand way of saying those three statements is,
48:05I zero that thought. I zero that thought. I zero that thought. I zero that thought.
48:11And the key here is you need to keep repeating that I zero that thought. I zero that thought. I zero that thought until the anxiety you're feeling subsides. So you may need to say that to yourself 40, 50 times.
48:28I zero that thought. I zero that thought. I zero that thought. I zero.
48:33I'm running late. They're going to think I'm, I don't care. I zero that thought. Oh, that doesn't work.
48:39This is ridiculous. I zero that thought. I'm just calling myself. I zero that thought.
48:43I'm bearing my head in the sand. I'm trying to avoid something. I zero that thought. This will never work.
48:48I zero that thought. Something I don't have any more thoughts coming up about what's going on. Now I can stop saying it. That puts me into present time awareness.
49:02This also enables me to observe my thinking process and it helps me to disidentify two significant things. So, you know, this tantric thing, this transcendent state is a goal. I'm from most people.
49:19It's quite a way. But in the meantime, the significance of working with the mind, releasing the patents of conditioning and feeling here in present time has significant benefits in feeling better, being more effective and empowering your you to be healthy and
49:41stress free. So the journey of meditating and disengaging from your thoughts is extremely beneficial. And thank you for listening to the presentation.
49:57The next webinar is on Tuesday the 15th of September. And it's about the four universal laws. It's all about the survival and what enables us to survive. And you need to register at MichaelAdomedius.com.
50:17And at the moment, some of these webinars are still available on that website. You can go and look at them and pretty soon we'll have a members group. And you can join the members group. It's $5 a month.
50:32And you have access to all the webinars that have been presented over the last few months. I would like to thank Raydion Sokolov for the marketing production and web design. And also Aaron McFarland for the camera sound and lights. And to remind you, keep breathing through your nose.
51:02Yes, do the 15 minute meditation each day. Best time is in the morning. But if you're not doing the 15 minute meditation or during the day, if you just want to bring yourself back to present time, breathe through your nose.
51:21If you find you're getting too anxious and stuff's getting out of control, breathe through your nose. And now we'll go to questions. Thank you.
