0:00So what would be a good way to support your body through that detoxification? Are you woken up? You're feeling, think, how could you support the detox? Very good question. So there's four channels of elimination that are sit with detoxification. This is defecation, urination, perspiration and respiration.

0:19So can I just say the game? Defecation, pooping, urination, peeing, perspiration, sweating, if, and respiration breathing. This is the way that our body eliminates acid and waste products. Yep. So every morning when I wake up, I know my body is naturally in a detoxification mode.

0:40First thing I'm going to do is a liter of water with a little bit of salt. The little bit of salt helps me to hydrate and improves my digestive system, drink my water and I'm going to either go for a long walk, which is going to get my defecation and I drink a liter water, go for a walk. You're going to have to go poo and you're

0:57going to have to go pee. So I'm eliminating yesterday's shit and yesterday's acids and waste products. Firstly in the morning, walking fast. You're also, if you walk in a fast pace, you're going to be breathing deeply, hopefully next to the ocean, out of the park, clean air. There's a lot of acids that come out through deep breathing. So I say walking because it's easy, anybody can do it.

1:23And then if you're walking, you know, you walk here in Bali, you're also going to sweat. So you're getting all four channels of elimination and you're supporting detoxification. I get up very early in the morning and I go through a 90 minute process of stretching, moving, strength training, meditation, breathing exercises, and long walking. So I've had a really good poo,

1:45sometimes twice, a couple of whees because I'm drinking a lot of water. I'm going through a lot of movement, which I'm also drinking water. And I'm breathing deeply and doing very concentrated breathing exercises to maximize the elimination or acid into alkalize and oxygenate my body. And I do 90 minutes minimum every day. And when would you wake?

2:06So I go through all this process of elimination, which is supporting the extra burning off of the sugars, the final self that's left over, which then really puts me into this kind of state of ketosis. And also, once we've hit about 14 hours without food, our body enters a process called autophagy or auto phagy, which means to self digest automatically digest. So when we get into

2:3514 hours of not eating. Yes. Yeah. So I've gone, let's say from six o'clock at night, you know, let's do the mass, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, right, six, okay, 12 o'clock at night. And now I could talk in the morning eight o'clock in the morning. So now I've got another eight hours to know I'm 14. Okay. So eight o'clock, for some people, if they're eating a little bit late,

3:00anywhere from eight to 10 o'clock, my body's going into this autophagy state. What is autophagy too, Tyler, autophagy reduces visceral fat. So any fat that build up around my heart, which means to heart attacks and heart disease, any fat that build up around my pancreas, which means to insulin resistance, pancreatitis, all these problems, fatty liver,

3:20the visceral fat starts to be reduced. The excess protein that's accumulated in my kidneys and other places of my body also gets reduced. And the biggest factor that autophagy does is a cleanse each and every cell of the body. Now imagine a cell. It's always getting food. It's just like, oh, put the sugar aside, put the sugar aside. Let's just kind of try to keep

3:45working. And then the finally, the cells like, man, we're so full of stuff. Let's just go a-pop toesus. Let's replicate, create a new cell without all the crap in it and die and start over it. And so our cells are constantly replicating because of how much we're putting in. Now, every cell of the body has this machinery DNA with telomere at the end of the DNA.

4:09And the telomere is this kind of product that's used to create the replication of the cell. Every time the cell replicates the telomere shrinks a bit. And as you get older and you don't have any telomere left, the cells become senescent, you become a little new die. So what's happening is always eating cells replicate very quickly. Get into this 14 hour process, not eating. The cell's like,

4:34oh, we're not having all this food being shoved in. Why don't we actually burn off this excess glucose, this excess sugar that's in here? Why don't we clean out all these excess products and repair our mitochondria and cellular machinery and renew our cells. So the cells have this big detoxification and renewal process rather than this replication process. So now we're slowing down the replication

5:05process so that the telomere is not constantly shrinking, shrinking, shrinking, shrinking, shrinking. And essentially we'll have years and years and years on the back end to still because we're still going to have cellular mitosis, it's just not going to happen as often. So there's a few factors here. So for a healthy kind of routine for a lot of people out there, you could recommend

5:30say you finished your meal at seven o'clock at night, the 14 hours would take you through till nine o'clock in the morning. Then you would probably need a couple more hours of detoxing, which would then put it up to about 11. And so if breakfast is breaking fast rather than a meal that's early in the morning, then you're breaking a fast, you're breakfast, you're first meal

6:00would not ideally occur before 11. And so if you eight as later seven, if some of the people are working, they finish at five, they get home at five, 36. By the time it's cooked and eaten at seven o'clock, then you've got to think in your mind. I'm not really digesting everything until about nine o'clock in the morning. Then I need a couple more hours, which would be drinks and water, go through a walk,

6:30move my body, help more of elimination. Then I'm not really going to be eating anything until 11 o'clock or later. And so again, you could be thinking somewhere between the 12-nerne to 6 p.m. If you had a little bit more discipline or 12-nerne till 8 p.m. If you really wanted to extend it and then didn't eat outside that timeframe and then just had people drinking. You know, so

7:06that's what you're saying is a brilliant thing for people. There's a reset process that can make this quite easy. Now we bring in the fast, fastest. When it comes to making it easy, fruit moves very fast through the digestive system. A lot of people would say due to the amount of anti-oxidants and phytonutrients and other fiber and hydration qualities that fruit can actually support detoxification.

7:38And in fact, a lot of people say, oh, do a fruit fast and it cleans you out and you've healed and you have this epic experience. So if you wanted to be just really healthy, but maybe don't want to be struggling to get through the morning until midday, come 11, 12 o'clock whenever we can have your first meal, you could either go fast, fast or fast or fast, fast or fast.

8:01You only have fruit. So you wake up in the morning, you drink your water, you go for a walk, you move your body a little bit because you want to have a good food, have a good pee, but then you could eat some fruit or have fruit only type of smoothie. So you could have a couple of bananas, cup of berries or a half a cup of berries, a few dates. It's all fruit. It's all going to move very

8:22quickly through digestive system, but calorie-wise, it's actually quite a bit. You'll have the perception, wow, I'm full, I've got all these sugar to sort of speak. So I've got the energy to make it through the midday, but I'm still detoxing. And a lot of people that I start working with, I'll have them only eat fruit till midday and really they can eat as much as they want. And they'll

8:44notice symptoms of detoxification. And we can talk about what those symptoms are, but they have all these symptoms and detox. And over time, they can eat fruit up until midday, they have no energy, they feel better, the digestion's working a lot better. So many beautiful qualities of that. The next phase would be juicing. So instead of having solid fruits, you would have juices

9:08instead. And this could be like some pineapple juice, it could be some watermelon juice, it could be green or vegetable juices. We have one called kabbalah, carrot, apple, beet, and lemon. But just having some juices so that you're not kind of putting the fibers and the other things for the the body of process, but it's just the pure nutrients. But you still have something that like

9:28gives it some energy to crack on. Now I will say though, your body's going to detox, you'll go through that. You'll feel a little bit better. It'd be easier. But by having any forms of sugars and calories, you're not ever going to reach autophagy. Autophagy will not happen if you're putting those types of things in the body. Calories or otherwise. So even if you're just eating fat or just

9:55eating protein or just eating sugars, that all of that shuts down the autophagy phase, which eventually some people are going to want to get to. But that might be a reasonable way to go about it. Eating fruit first in the morning, try it for a couple of weeks, try it for months, see how you feel. And then maybe some mornings, you know, pack your fruit with you and maybe wait a little bit longer,

10:16nine o'clock, and then 10 o'clock, and then 11 o'clock, and then eventually 12 o'clock is when you have your fruit and break it. And again, you can break your fast with the fruit or a smoothie, and then wait 15, 20 minutes. And then actually have some more solid food to feel like you're having a meal. And I would say that incorporating this, you know, in my opinion, anybody over 30,

10:39especially 35 is in the capitalism really starts to come down. Anybody over 30 to 35 should completely cut out one meal a day. Three meals a day is just too much. And this is why most people have low energy digestive problems, all these things, because they've been consuming so much for so many years, cutting out that one meal, like it says in the text, you'll, you know, you'll experience

11:06not having disease by eating twice in the day. So much can happen just from that simple process. With the fruit, what would be the timeframe between eating fruit or juicing fruit and having other things other than fruit? What would be the timeframe? Well, following the principles of we're discussing of like kind of this 18 hour fast and six hour, six to eight or eating window,

11:34I would say you can have fruit or juices anytime up in the morning until that midday. You want to wait till that midday to really load the body with something a bit heavy. And that's where the whole digestive processes and enzymes that are needed, you know, because your body doesn't need to make hydrochloric acid for fruit. And just doesn't. And so most of the digestion

11:58that happens in the stomach is for protein sort of cutting out that process pretty much altogether. And then the pancreas is going through this process of producing lipase, crochees and amylase and all these other enzymes to assist in digestion. But when you're eating fruit, the fruit has all those enzymes and it pretty much digest itself. So what we're doing is waiting till 12 o'clock

12:22for the really big machinery, the big guns to come in and all this digestive process to kick in essentially. So you might have you would say if you were juicing or having a smoothie with bananas, dates and berries, we'd maybe coconut water or some sort of milk thing like a milk or almond milk or soy milk, you would have that and then you maybe leave it. You wouldn't do that, say,

12:55if you're going to need a big meal at 12, you'd have a half an hour and a hour between that, do you think or you wouldn't put a time for it? Yeah, like, you know, this is making it easy for people. So it's like if you're used to having breakfast, just have this instead of a big smoothie or a big plate of fruit or some juice. And then go to work, do your thing and then it lunch,

13:16have your lunch meal. For some people that like to keep putting stuff in, you could continue to eat fruit up until about 15 to 20 minutes prior to the actual meal around lunch time. Perfect. Because then it's coming out of the stomach and then your stomach's actually ready for something else. I'm just going to change the topic a bit. I've got some other specific things. What do you think about

13:44women and menopause? Women who have very heavy monthly cycles? What's your opinion on that? Well, if you take out the first part of menopause, then they'll never have any problems. But the only stuff fun. Yeah, exactly. Well, it can be. It's a good creative. But anyway, what I would go to straight away is just to say that the natural human experience,

14:17if we live in accordance with nature, there is no symptoms of menopause. So all of the hot flashes, the hormonal imbalances, the heavy period pain, all these things. And you know, there might be a lot of women that don't like me because I'm a man and I'm talking about it. But it just is the truth. When we work with women to change their lifestyle, live really healthy,

14:40they don't have the whole menopausal, huge experience. They just stop having the period. And they still live their life and they're healthy. I would say that there are some foods and herbs and things that can support menopause and hormone balancing. A really good one is like maka root and adding some maka to smoothies or to some foods can really assist. It's actually heavy

15:03spell it. The M.A. C.A. Maka. South America. Is that the one? Yeah, it's like a route that they grind up. It's really good for hormone balancing. And another route vegetable is sweet potato. And there's very specific quality phytonutrients in the sweet potato that also really balance hormones. And a lot of the drugs and creams and things that are sold to women with menopause,

15:32they actually use the sweet potato molecules in that and actually get it topically, they get it through other forms. How would they eat sweet potato? Would you steam it? Would you bake it? How would you bake it? Anyways, a particular type of sweet potato or in because you can get yellow and white sweet potatoes as a whole range of sweet potatoes. In general kind of your orange

15:58high-care team-based sweet potato, they call them yams kind of same thing, but eating an abundance of the sweet potatoes, which is also the number one caloric intake for the longest living women on the planet from Okinawa. They're number one food sources sweet potatoes. What do you think, again, moving with that? What do you think about the connection between emotions

16:22and health and emotions and diet? Yeah. So I believe in the law of vibration. So this is ancient hermetic teachings, a thing like unto itself is drawn. And so I believe that if I eat high vibratory foods and fruit is one of the highest, when you talk about somebody being fruity, we're referring to somebody who has a lot of energy and is happy and bouncy. He's very fruity,

16:50he's a fruitcake, he's fruit, you know, and that's the energy of fruit. So I think that if we consume a lot of fresh fruits and these things, they give us that light, the cleanest out, they give us that kind of energy that's this beautiful. And then balancing out with vegetables, vegetables ground us, they strengthen us, they're very good for us. So in general, I think that, you know, a thing like

17:15unto itself is drawn, when you eat these high vibrational foods, it leads to high vibrational emotions. And likewise, if you have an emotional experience that is very traumatic, we will typically, with that emotional either pain or fear or struggle or any of these negative emotions, loss, grief, when we have these major negative emotions, there's not a tendency to eat mangoes and bananas

17:43and fresh fruits. There's more of a tendency to eat greasy foods, dense foods, heavy foods, ice cream, artificial foods, things that kind of put our hormones and throw our body out of left. So there's kind of like it's, you know, is it the cart before the horse, you know, which came first, you know, I believe that if people are eating just because it's what they're raised with, ice cream and sugar

18:10and high fats and fried foods and these types of crap, it's gonna lead to those very depressive, emotional, similar experiences or people have emotional stuff and toward 10 towards those type of things. So emotions, you know, I believe play a massive role in overall health and disease in general. And I think that the dual-pronged approach of, you know, kind of forcing yourself to eat

18:40higher vibrational foods is gonna bring the emotions up and then having somebody there to assist to help you deal with and manage those emotions and clear those types of things in a manageable way is the answer. It's that holistic approach of true healing. Whereas if somebody's guiding somebody to clear emotions, but they're still eating the types of foods, it just kind of re-barry those emotional

19:06issues and it's gonna take a lot longer to get that progress. And if somebody's just going with the life foods and other things, but doesn't work on the emotional stuff, it can also play a role of healing. I've heard a lot of conflicting information about sugar and some people have said that processed sugar is very, very toxic and fruit sugar is okay. Other people have said all sugar is not

19:34okay and what's your opinion about sugar? Yeah, so I show people a picture of what sugar is typically so that they know and it's this white powdery substance. And it's finally toxic. And then I show them a pile of fruit and say, oh, this is not that. This is fruit. What is fruit? Well, fruit is mostly water. 70% of all of that is water. So what are you doing when you're actually eating fruit

20:04is you're hydrating a lot of chronic diseases directly related to chronic dehydration. And in some cases, it doesn't matter how much water you drink, you can still be chronicly dehydrated. The best waters for us actually do come from fruits and vegetables that get their natural estate. So even though a carrot is hard, it doesn't look like it has a lot of water. It's like 70% water.

20:26You juice it and it's like, wow, where'd all that juice come from? So one person might look at a carrot and say, oh, that's really unhealthy because that sugar. They might look at a potato, like a sweet potato, and say, oh, that's really unhealthy because that sugar. They might look at a mango or a banana or an apple and say, oh, that sugar. And in my opinion, they're just completely so far off track.

20:49So far off of the truth. And they just don't get it. What an apple actually is, is a lot of water this going to hydrate your system. It's a lot of phytonytrients, which means light source of nutrition that amplify the body, clean the body a lot of antioxidants. So as we go through life, no matter what we do, we're going to have oxidative stress. They're called free radicals. And free radicals are what

21:18cause free radical damage, which leads to inflammation and disease. And when you get an apple, these antioxidants get rid of that. They clear the oxidative stress. They hydrate the body so the system can work. They contain pectins, which bind with heavy metals and toxins. They move the digestive system. The fibers, the soluble and insoluble fibers clean the body out. It's like little

21:42microscopic scrubber rushes that go through the lymphatic system, keep the cells and everything through and running. The fruit kingdom is mostly really good at detoxifying the body. The vegetable kingdom is really good at building the blood and giving the building blocks of the body. So if we can think about fruits and vegetables as the cleaning process and the building process,

22:07we're going to be in a really good place. And one of the people focused on one that they really lose track of the other. Yeah, no, no, that's wonderful. The other thing I get from people a lot is that it's really hard to go to a vegetarian diet or a fruit diet because they don't get enough protein. And they're talking to me about we need the protein. We're not getting enough protein. And then

22:37I hear the story that it's got to be animal protein and things like that. And so there's this real thing about I need to get the protein. And because, you know, vegetarians and people who are fruitarians are basically unhealthy because they're not getting enough nutrient, they're not getting enough protein. So what's your opinion on it? Well, you know, 80 kilogram male, the dude you did

23:03sue for a couple hours. I don't claim to be a bodybuilder. I don't lift weights. I stretch, I move my body, but you know, I go and fight with black belts and guys meet, meet all day, every day. And they tell me, like, holy shit, like, you're really strong, like, amazing. What do you do? And, you know, they're around long enough. They sort of look at what I do for all the energy and strength and

23:25all this sort of stuff. Protein is very important. We've just, there's been a problem in measuring protein that exists in for a long time. So first and foremost, to really get protein, we need to have a really good digestive system. So your stomach is actually the most important thing for breaking down proteins. And really, what we're looking for is amino acids. And we have, you know, 22 amino

23:52acids. There's supposedly aative which are essential. So it's like, oh, we need these essential amino acids. And these are all the building blocks for lean tissue and hormones and all these different processes and muscle inside the body. Everything to build our bodies and maintain our health. Yeah, protein is very, very important. And more important is the building blocks, these the amino

24:18acids. And so the way that I kind of tell people about this is like, let's pretend I wanted to go build a 10 story hotel. What would you rather do? Would you have trucks arrive with all the materials? And I can just take those materials and then build a 10 story hotel. Or do you think it'd be better to go and not down the 10 story hotel and then use those materials to build this 10 story hotel. Well,

24:47probably better just to get the materials and to build it. Well, this is how I think personally about taking in plan matter versus animal matter. Plan matter is all of the building blocks. It's all of the essential amino acids. Fruit is full of it. Okay. And here's the hard part for people to understand, but it is scientific fact. A banana is a complete protein by itself. And I could get into the

25:17science. And this is what I do in my three day program. I go through the science from Cornell University and all these places. And I actually show people if you actually just go put this bananas through this process, you can find out all of the essential amino acids and how much that it has. You can go to the World Health Organization and look at how much

25:36protein they recommend on a daily basis, which breaks down to all these eight essential amino acids and how much of each you need. And does a banana provide it? Does a strawberry provide it? How much does broccoli provide? How much does red meat provide? How much does chicken provide? And when you look at chicken, red meat, broccoli, bananas, strawberries, whatever,

26:01from a caloric perspective, it changes everything. So the way that foods were measured was the problem, because what they would do is they would take a container and say, oh, let's fill the container with red meat and measure the amino acids. And then let's fill the container with strawberries and measure the amino acids. But, colorically, that red meat is going to be 1,000 calories or more.

26:34And colorically, those strawberries are going to be 150 calories. But the truth is, whether you're a meat eater or a plant eater, both of you are going to get a couple thousand calories a day. So the question is, if I only had access to bananas, but I ate 2,000 calories a day, what I get enough protein. If I only ate broccoli, if I only ate, and the truth is, there is more

27:02of the essential amino acids in broccoli than red meat, chicken, any of those types of things. And you will get way more. All of the essential amino acids complete protein in a banana than you need on a daily basis, is as long as you eat the 2,000 calories. You can eat 2,000 calories of any natural food and get more than the amino acids that are required for even somebody,

27:3480 kilograms, building muscle. So why do you think people say I eat the fruit, I eat the vegetables, and I don't feel full, and I need to have the meat to make me feel your full. Because what they're doing is they're eating this amount of meat and feeling full and feeling strong and grounded and satiated and they can build muscle because what they've trained themselves to do is

28:01eat a lot of calories in a small amount of food. Okay, you eat an apple, kind of the same size, and you're going to get 150 calories rather than 750. So what we actually need to do when we become more plant-based is we need to be like, oh, I actually need to eat a lot more. Which means I need to eat 3 or 4 apples to get the calories of this burger. And for a lot of people this guy, oh,

28:33I don't know, but do you like eating? Yes, I love eating. Okay, great. Well, when you move to a plant-based diet, you actually get to eat a lot more and still lose weight and still have energy and feel great. But if you don't, if you end up just eating, you know, oh, I'm going to have an apple and a banana and expect to get the same feeling from this other type of thing. No, you're going to feel

28:53emasiated, you're going to feel low in energy, you're not getting enough calories. And this is where sometimes like smoothies come in, big fruit bowls, big salads, big meals, etc, etc. You know, I can put 3 or 4 bananas into a smoothie, 4 or 5 dates, a cup of berries, maybe a bit of cacao, whatever, have a chocolate smoothie, a fruit-based smoothie. And when I drink that leader of smoothie,

29:14I'm getting that 750 calories. So now when I drink that smoothie in the morning, if I'm having that sort of thing, I've got all the energy, I've got all the calories that I would have had having my toast eggs and bacon or sausage. So most of the world, bacon, eggs, toast, you know, whatever it is, that's kind of your average American Australian breakfast, probably 5, 600 calories.

29:48So now I have the smoothie, but now what I have is actually a lot of hydration, a lot of antioxidants, a lot of vitamins, B vitamins, other vitamins that are going to give me energy, it's going to clean the body out, but the caloric intake is there. So the calories make the energy by product acid. This meal makes the energy, but adds acid. I become acidic. This meal, all the calories makes the

30:15acid from making the energy, but the pH in the minerals and the qualities of this counter-axed the acid makes me alkaline. So it's like no matter what you eat, you're going to have some acid as a waste product, but if you eat this, it's adding more acid. If you eat this, it counterbalances it, you stay in a more positive pH level, and then you don't have those acids accumulating,

30:39leading to inflammation, leading to disease conditions in general, the choice. And another thing I've noticed in the modern diet and the lifestyle that we have is that there is a certain point, certainly around about the 40s, where people start to experience a loss of libido and their sexual vitality starts in diminish. So do you have anything to say about

31:10libido and possibly diet to support that? Yeah, well, in simplicity, when we live healthily, you're going to have really good hormones your whole life. I'm a grandfather in my 40s and have sex every day. Really good sex, and I'm a very sexual person. The reason I say this, not to brag, it's to say, I know my testosterone is high. Okay, I want to go smash it. I want to

31:41make love. I have a high testosterone, and I know a lot of people older that have that high testosterone as well. In general, yes, caloric satiation is going to be important. In general, the intermittent fasting does regulate our endocrine system. So when your human growth hormone comes up, your testosterone will also match. Human growth hormone and testosterone

32:09are pretty much like best friends. So if you can get that increase of human growth hormone, you're going to get it with testosterone as well. Human growth hormone comes up with the intermittent fasting and another major factor for human growth hormone and testosterone is your strength training and high intensity. So yes, absolutely to do some form of resistance training, either body weight

32:34or weights, especially for a man is going to increase testosterone. When you do high intensity training, it's also like a huge hit for testosterone. When I say high intensity, I mean sprinting really fast for 20 seconds and then taking a break. It's also one of the greatest things you can do for heart health. One of the ways you can actually measure if somebody is very likely to have a heart

32:58attack is have them measure their rested heart rate, probably around 60, 70, 80, something like this, have them do explosive energy for one minute and then rest and relax in one minute later, measure their heart rate. And then essentially you subtract the resting from their high intensity rate and what's left over. We'll tell you if somebody's highly prone for heart attack.

33:26That's kind of a little sidetrack. But essentially a research paper came out and said, when you do intermittent fasting and I'm talking about the 18 hour kind of process and you do high intensity training in that fasting window. So how I live my life most of the time is I wake up, I drink my water, I do my exercise and I don't actually consume any calories or sugars or anything

33:56midday. So I get a true 16 to 18 hour water fast essentially. And if I do high intensity training within that time, which I do with jujitsu about every other day, one full hour of like going pretty hard, 45 minutes to an hour. The human growth hormone increases by 2000%. Okay. So on the day, I'm doing intermittent fasting in conjunction with some form of high

34:24intensity training. I'm getting 2000% spike in human growth hormone, which is also going to bring that testosterone up. What about East region? What about the testosterone work the same for women? Or is it mainly for men? Well, men have these things called testicles in a prostate and women have this uterus and ovaries. So we produce different hormones based on the reproductive function. And in my

34:53opinion, it's the same for women when women are really healthy and living eating the right foods and doing the right things. They're going to have the same balance and hormones that they need to be super healthy and have good reproductive health, etc. etc. Now we run into problems with women doing intermittent fasting. And there's so much more I'd love to share about the history of men

35:20intermittent fasting. If we were to talk about the Greeks, we were talking about the Romans, we were talking about men being at war and the way we lived our lives for a very long time, is we had fast all day and carry equipment and live the best years of our life, like going out on war campaigns and other things and training. And we would only eat at night one meal a day,

35:43if you look back into Roman history, it's all very clearly recorded, Egyptian history, Spartans, you know, all these cultures, eight one meal a day. But men, I think are different than women in the sense that what I observe when I'm doing intermittent fasting and only eating one meal a day when it comes to that one meal, I'm eating all my calories. Okay, so an 80 kilogram male

36:09according to World Health Organization and Science needs about that 2,400 calories or whatever it is a day. I'm definitely consuming it in that one meal. You have a woman do the same fast and then just have one meal. What I've observed is they can't, they don't have the same drive to like really eat the food. So what happens when women do intermittent fasting,

36:33one meal a day or even two meals a day is they have a tendency to become colorically deficient. And if a woman becomes colorically deficient, now she's not going to make the hormones that are required for balance health and the estrogen and she's going to start to have progesterone estrogen, other types of problems and imbalances, which may lead to all the sudden having

36:55irregular periods, could interfere with their fertility cycle and all of this. And it's a problem. So women that are listening to this that want to do intermittent fasting, it's very important if they do start to do this 2 meals a day, that they make sure they're colorically satiating themselves and getting enough. And what I would actually recommend is around ovulation,

37:20so around the 10 to 12 days after the period finishes or around that time, or if you know when your ovulation is ladies, a couple of days prior and during that time you should have breakfast lunch and dinner and try to get more calories because that's when the body is going to make all these hormones and everything is going to be great. So around that midway mark ovulation, they should

37:46actually make sure they're eating a little bit more so they don't run into hormone problems. And then around the period time, I would also recommend just prior to having the period, having like the sweet potato, the maka and even cacao. Cacao is a really good one to prevent painful periods and namitriosis, a lot of minerals, a lot of really good things. And women

38:10really love chocolate and I think there's a reason for that. Like there's an innate sense that chocolate is what's needed, especially around that kind of menstrual cycle time. And so, you know, I make chocolate smoothies all the time for me and my partner. They're very simple. It's bananas, dates. I like to put in a little bit of nut butter, like walnut butter or macadamia or bazilla

38:35nut butter. I put in maybe some chia seeds, some other things. But it could just be as simple as like bananas, dates, lots of cacao and some other little bits. And more you put in the chocolate. Or is it milk or is it coconut water? What's the base? Water works and it's still beautiful with just plain water, coconut water tastes better because it's got that little bit of sweetness.

39:00I typically will use almond milk. Sometimes o-milk, things like that. And it's, you know, almond milk is very easy to make. Just chuck it in a blender with some water, blend it up, put it through a little nut bag and you got some beautiful almond milk. It's fresh made at home. It doesn't have a bunch of other bullshit in it. You know, my almond milk is almonds and water. Almond milk

39:22you buy it a shop is a whole list of ingredients that are typically not so healthy. So something to be aware of. But having that bit of a chocolate drink a couple days in a row, whether it was a cacao ceremony or just some type of like chocolate. And if you get the raw cacao, that's always the best because there's so many beautiful neurotransmitter forming nutrients and minerals in the raw

39:49cacao that are super supportive for women's health. And just to kind of finish up with the last question, what would you suggest as a simple starting point for people to improve their health? A really simple thing to have to work on. What would you suggest? Be more plants. Be more plants. That's perfect. That would be the thing. And you know, I honestly, God think that people

40:23need a lot more plants, whether they want to eat anything, whatever. You want to eat anything, what you're used to, just need a lot more plants and you're going to be a lot better off. And number two, walk, walk, walk, walk. If you're lazy, it's a problem. And for even lazy people, walking is typically not a big deal. It's just walking. I'm not asking you to be a triathlete. But if you

40:50commit to walking every day and eating more plants, you know, live longer, you're going to be healthier. Everything's going to improve. You know, I went and bought a treadmill. I get out and walk every morning. But I still sometimes feel like it's not enough. So after dinner time sitting around, I just want to be around the family. I want to hang out, but I'm going to jump on the treadmill and

41:11maybe have a conversation or if we're watching a movie or something, I think it's so move my body and maybe increase because the longest cultures on earth walk on average five miles a day, which is about eight kilometers. Eight kilometers. And that would be a couple of hours, two to three hours walking a day at least. It's a lot of walking. It's a good thing to having your mind as a goal.

41:36And people wanted to find out more about what you do and the things, how could they find out about your work and more about you, Tyler? What's the easiest way for people to do it? Yeah. There's some websites, islandtelman.com. I guide lots of people through three months. We've got a program called Know thyself. We have 70 people on it right now. And all these 70 people did

42:03intermittent fasting for the first month, changed into a plant-based diet, started incorporating things specific for them. They somewhat they were dealing with, you know, people with cancer, heart disease, all kinds of autoimmune conditions. And then we did a big fast together. Fully facilitated online and looking at everybody's markers and everything was absolutely amazing.

42:26And now we're probably two weeks out from ending. So we've broken the fast. It's been a couple weeks in getting back into the lifestyle and committing to the new lifestyle. It's a really beautiful experience for anybody who really wants to evolve or especially for people who've been dealing with any type of disease or sickness that they haven't been able to be successful with.

42:46The tips and things that I share if you can just start into some of those things but really you know, have the guidance for your specific issues. Be a great thing. It's called Know thyself, Titlezone.com. I have Will grams and coaching. We'll put the title at Talman.com up on a slide. Say that people can see it and I recommend you go and have a look and do some of

43:11tireless courses and having done them myself. They're world-class. And it goes around the world as well. So in every city, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, we have in the UK, the US. They'll come to you, take your eye photos, give you a full health assessment, give you a plan moving forward. So, that kind of... Well, thank you very much, Tyler. Thank you for your time. Thank you for

43:36everything that you've shared, your wisdom. And we will go forward from there. So thank you very much. Thank you, Michael. Appreciate it.
