0:02Welcome. Thanks for tuning in and it's my great pleasure to be presenting this next interview and its title, Natural and the wisdom of nature. And Natural has a really long history. It goes back to the fourth century BC with the father of medicine, Hippocrates, who said,

0:29let food be your medicine. And he treated people with plants and natural remedies and started to put together for Western medicine, the ideas of good health and how we can sustain ourselves. And in recent times, naturalopathy was kind of reinvented by a man called Benedict Black in 1901 in the United States. And he started to promote the idea of natural food, natural healing, plants and things for good health.

1:09And so naturalopathy has a long tradition. And I've been very blessed to have met two exceptional natural paths in my life. And Denise Burgess, I met in 2003 when she attended a course I was running with her son. And since that time we became very good friends and I've been to her for treatment. And Denise is an exceptional person in her field and she'll give you some of her background. And then I moved from the central coast of New South Wales to the Sunshine Coast of Queensland about two years ago.

1:57And about 18 months ago while I was up here, I needed to boost my immune system and I was having a little bit of an infection. And I asked around some friends and I said, do you know, a local naturopath and they came and they said, yes, trancher. And she's in Mulaney. You have to see her and she is one of these very remarkable people who produces a lot of her own medicine and can really help you. So I went up and had a series of treatments with trancher and it's been very beneficial. So I've been very lucky to have worked with two very exceptional people.

2:39And starting with Denise, Denise, how did you get started in this field? Well, I started off with obviously traditional medicine. I'm a registered nurse. Started training at Concord Hospital at 17, completed my training at 21. Got married to 22 was not interested in nutrition whatsoever, living in a nurse's home. married a man who was super fit into nutrition. He got me exercising. We became vegetarians for at least 10 years.

3:16Had children, we were going sort of connected with natural whole society, all that sort of things. It was mainly diet, not herbs or supplements really. Then I had children, my first child, fine, second child, Nicole at 18 months when I finished breastfeeding her, developed a wheeze and eczema. And I treated her exactly the same as my son and took her to traditional medicine and they said, oh, she's asymatic.

3:49He's the co-design for a skin. He's the ventilinserab and I sort of freaked. Fortunately, I was playing tennis at the time with a girl who was studying herbal medicine, natural disease. She was halfway through and three of us were all registered nurses and she used to talk about it and we would think, oh, we've gone past this. But in the end, I took her to Dorothy Hall, Nicole.

4:15In the end, she was highly dushed, dust my allergy, which my first child wasn't. So with her expertise and herbal medicine in the long run, Nicole is not asymatic. She is now 38. There's two children and has never had eczema again. She's been on her. I was so impressed that I did Dorothy's course with two children, which was stressful and didn't intend to practice.

4:51I went back to working and operating theaters, time repair, worked with surgeons and then I got to be one of the social workers from man and hospital asked me to speak on alternative of understanding menopause at the Queen's with Hills Center. And I said, I don't have a practice and she said, we don't care because most of the doctors don't want an alternative, you know, week. But they know you've been running operating theaters on the northern beaches and they said, Denise, does it. That's fine. She's got some traditional medicine beside it. So I did that for three years and I had a ready made practice. So that's how it happened.

5:37Thank you, Denise. And I did practice. Yeah, it was amazing. I've been going now for about 30 odd years and doctors referred to me. Yeah, what's one of those things rather than are you looking for it, it found you dead.

5:53Drencha, how did you get started in this field? Well, I got started, I suppose, back in 1980, my mother died with cancer. She had bowel cancer and it went to the brain. And when I saw what she went through and everything, there was something inside of me that went, there's got to be a better way. And so I wasn't that long after she died that I actually did my naturopathic course.

6:23I did four years during that and it all went from there. So over the years, I've certainly been able to help a lot of people overcome their ailments and so forth. And I did focus a lot more on cancer than a lot of other things which has worked very, very well. And I've even now there's been people who, for instance, there was a five year old girl with leukemia. They'd given up on her totally. They said there wasn't another thing they could do.

6:55And then about three years ago, I had a visit, the clinic from the mother and they said, well, she's 29 now. And what you did for her and everything like that now she has got no problems with it whatsoever. So just to have a few people that you can even just say, yes, I've helped them. And I've worked living put it that way. And, you know, there's many roads to roam. And I really agree with that. There are certain things that, yeah, the power of the mind has to be part of it.

7:30And so, I've worked with a body mind and spirit needs to all be balanced. And so, yes, over the years of certainly helped a lot of people. And it was through that drive at the beginning of, there's got to be a better way. And that's how I started my calling put it that way. Well, what do you see the difference between natural property and conventional well of pathic medicine. What I see is that with natural policy.

8:01We treat the whole person. We treat their nutritional needs, their diet, their emotions, everything like that. Whereas conventional medicine, it only focuses on the symptoms. And they don't really sort of do anything about the cause or anything like that. And Denise, do you have also were you natural sorry. But also we use natural chemical free medicines, whereas they use chemicals.

10:47And I guess that probably is a registered nurse is what I would love to do as well. You know, that that support as in both areas. Yeah.

10:58So Denise, natural opportunities being criticized for not being grounded in medical science. What do you say to this criticism?

11:10Well, I think there's been a lot of evidence based on me. And I studied herbal medicine back in the 80s. And yes, there was a lot of evidence based that wasn't there then. But since then, last 20 years, 30 years, it's been incredible.

11:28And so no, I dispute that. I mean, like even the evidence of. Intimated fasting now. You know, that's scientific evidence that that can.

11:42Reverse the aging can reverse cardiovascular disease diabetes just by 24 hours of fasting once a week. And if you do that for, you know, for weeks, that can reduce cholesterol levels blood pressure and. Regulate blood sugar levels. I mean, that is scientific evidence based now. And herbal medicine plant based diets are absolutely even the cardiologist now recommend plant based diets.

12:15Cardiologist, some of them are vegan. And that is totally evidence based and herbal medicine is plant based. Yes, concentrated nutrition. I went to Egypt and the herbs we use today were on the walls of the tubes that the priests 3000 years BC,

12:40turmeric that we think we've just discovered as an adiene flamatory was all over the walls of the terms used to give the slaves that to support their very inflamed joints. So no, it's not you. And they've just decided that cure me because have that evidence face. And yet the Egyptians knew about it 3000 years BC.

13:04Thank you. Change what ailments would you recommend the best treated with naturally? What would you suggest? Well, over the years I've seen the majority of things being able to be helped with the natural,

13:23obviously, and herbal medicine. I think the point is that some people may leave things like they'll try. Allopathic medicine and so forth. And then all of a sudden, when they see that it's not working, they start then going, Oh, well,

13:42I better try natural, obviously, or so forth like that. But sometimes they can leave it for too long. And my thoughts on that are you can't actually serve two masters. I think if you go to natural, you go natural.

14:01If you've got to go alopastic, you go alopastic. And everybody can make up their own mind and their choice. The only thing that I see is that we do use whole plant medicine. Whereas a lot of the medicines and so forth that the pharmaceuticals and that make,

14:18if they take the active component out of the herbs and then they wonder why they actually get all the side effects. It's because they don't have the whole plant they're working alongside of them. And so I'd say that they get far superior results if they use the whole plant instead of just taking out that active component. And this is something that I've seen over the years that, you know, not everybody is designed to go the natural way.

14:50And certainly I don't hold that against anybody or anything like that. And that's what they believe. And some people with their belief system and everything like that, they still get through a sense. So the mind is very, very powerful. But over the years I have seen that we are just like plants.

15:11You give a plant, plenty of water and plenty of nutrient and they thrive. If you don't, they go yellow, will die. And we're exactly the same. So, you know, that says a lot to me. It's all about feeding our bodies with great nutrients and plenty of water and spending time in stillness and just really looking at our lives and going, okay, how can we improve?

15:42And the big thing is we have to want to do it. And if people don't want to do it, then there's nothing we can do. I can see the people where I know as a people when they come into the clinic and they ask in guidance as far as cancer or anything. The ones that survived, I've got this real power thing of, I don't care what the doctor says, I don't care whatever I'm going to be here for my great rankings. And the ones that don't, they're very much like, oh, could you tell my wife what I need to do or this or that or whatever.

16:16And they just don't have that energy about wanting to heal themselves and maybe they don't really want to be around and that's okay too. But I always do say to them, look, if you want to get through this, you've got to change your attitude. You've got to really want to and really be determined because if you don't, it might work. Thank you. And Denise, would you. Would you say you would not treat with natural therapy. Are there any sort of things you wouldn't treat with natural therapy?

16:51Well, as a coming back to the fact that I've worked in surgery a lot, I guess things like gallstones. To me, I mean, I know there's a natural thing way of, you know, lemon juice and oil and that to me that's a danger. And stones are too big, they can spit the common bar duck and they're in emergency surgery. So yes, you can turn back with silica high herbs and you can whittle away calcium deposits. It might take 20 years and it's probably been 20 years that they build up in that person. So, you know, kidney stones and as well.

17:35These are the things that if they become lodged through a fatty meal or something can be emergency surgery. And so, you know, I think that's a sort of things that I believe calcium deposits that have built up over a long time. I just think they're the things that you can't really treat. And if I see anybody that's getting pains in those areas and I suspect that I send them off to have an ultrasound. Obviously, things that need repair with surgery like, you know, melanomas and things like that that need to be removed and surgically. But then yes, you can come in with natural, and herbs and you know, support that person as well.

18:19And yes, there has to be a positive will to live. Unfortunately, a lot of those doctors give people almost a death sentence and people just give up hope. Yeah, I have to be very, very strong. And I have a grandmother that was never told she had six months of living in, when she was in the 70s and she, she died at 95 in a sleep. Yet the surgery yet the medical profession gave us six months to live. But it was back in the 60s and there was no chemo. So we just said, yeah, you're cured. And her mind said what she was.

19:05I've never raised its head and I've got people, I've got clients with breast cancer. They've refused chemo. They just do their mind control. They, they get the right nutrients to the body. They maintain their stress, which can, you know, drop your immune system. They maintain their immune system. And there's still going. I've got another woman that was given six months to live 20 years ago with bowel cancer.

19:34She's still alive. She did meditation, mind control. She did calm. She only wanted herbs to keep the body strong and the right nutrients that get straight into the cell with that you got even having to, too. You know, metabolize them. She did that. And this amazing mind control. She developed a laboratory in a mind with all the tools she needed to cure herself and went right through a body with a laser gun firing at cancer cells. Six months later, they couldn't find one. There's amazing.

20:13It works. Definitely. But it is all about that positive mind control that you are going to survive. Absolutely.

20:24Yep. At the moment, the big story is, you know, there's a lot of virus coronavirus around place and the traditional sort of approach is let's do something to shoot the virus. And we're fighting against something we need to kill it or we need to remove it. And that may be one approach. But the other sort of approach is rather than trying to destroy all isolate ourselves from the kind of negative thing you attack.

20:59And we're talking about boosting our immune system, making us more powerful better able to protect ourselves from the negativity. Yes, of course, you want to quarantine it and you want to enable yourself to not, you know, not don't come in contact with it. And we do recommend for boosting your immune system. So, Trenshaw, if I can ask you first, what would you recommend to people watching this? Some of the easy best ways to boost their immune system. Well, I've certainly not ever seen anything better than your old fashioned cod liver oil.

21:38It's got vitamin A, D and E. And a lot of people go, Oh, no, I don't like the taste of it. But all you have to do is you have a teaspoon straight after of malt extract, which is all your vitamin Bs and the taste goes. Like I cannot remember the last time I've been ill and whenever I don't take it regularly. If I go out in a crowd or something, I'll take it then beforehand. But what I have found seriously that if I am coming down with anything, the first sign of anything, I'll take a tablespoon of it right there and then and nothing ever comes about. And then also say a teaspoon of a squirby g acid. I've found that to be a real light saver with the vitamin C.

22:29So there's, they are definitely my go to's. There's things like poppy seeds, sesame seeds, using those type of things in your, you know, moosely or something like that poppy seeds very, very high in zinc. And really, I would have to say the, the definite definite like I just use the Melrose one. I don't even use the really expensive one. It's about $20 from the chemist and it is absolutely fantastic. I've had feedback of mothers who their children every time there was something and I'm outbreak or anything at the school. The kids were always sick. And then they'd come to me and I would tell them, look, just give the child a teaspoon of coddle of all once a day.

23:19And then they'd come to me and say, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, if you're filled up with anger and resentment and that nothing will work. So, you know, it is a balance of body, mind and spirit. So I'd highly recommend here just let go of the fear, just know that you'll be safe that you'll be okay and just take a few simple things like that. And you will definitely be a okay. Thank you for that. Thanks. Denise, do you want to add anything. Yeah. I just want to say, I'm, my mother gave me cobbly broil. I gave my kids cobbly of a royal and my grandkids have cobbly broil. I totally agree with you. It's, I'm, I'm, and it's interesting. There's a new book out called, um,

24:30breast of meals and she advocates cobbly broil. So you're my grandkids very well. But coming from, um, yes, I've, I've been making a immune support. for me. I've been making a tonic, I've been making a tonic and I've stopped elderly people getting pneumonia or through this COVID thing. It's been walking out of here and I've been being walking out of here and I just use, um, garlic extract, egg and asher premium, andrograph this rose hip, which is 10 times higher in vitamin C's and say an orange. Yeah. And fenugreek that clears out the lymphatic system, high in vitamin A. garlic is a natural, um, antibiotic and it clears the bowel, helps the liver andrograph is stimulate immune system and aconatia stimulates white cells. So it supports your immune system. It totally works. Yeah.

25:49People just take 30 drops in water three times a day, I'm a lymphostomic. And obviously yes, um, alkalizing your diet. I believe that The diet that most people have the very acid forming, especially when they put sugars after a heavy meal, it just causes masses of inflammation in the gut. And that also drops down the immune system and stress. I think this COVID now created a lot of stress and a lot of fear and that uses a lot of adrenaline that needs vitamin C to produce adrenaline in our adrenal glands. So vitamin C is a big one. And I use the rose hip very, um, a lot in martonics because it's an inflammatory as well. And I do recommend that as far as you mean because immune system is concerned that yes, two third, I'll

26:55apply two thirds plants to one third protein, whether that be animal protein or plant protein, because I get 50 50 in my practice. But then I, and then no fruit, no sugar after a meal because that slows down digestion creates inflammation drops the immune system. Thank you Denise. What would you recommend? Well, about your thoughts about a vegetarian diet. Nate, change up your, your, change your, yes, change your. What do you think about a vegetable diet? Well, put it this way. I believe it saved my life. I mean, I was only about 28 and I got atypical

27:38cervical cancer cells. And it was just at a time when I'd not long left my first husband and I had a young child with me and everything. And then I bought a house. And I needed a few people to move in with me so that I could afford the home loan. And one of them was a vegetarian and it was just at this time and he said, Oh, do you think I could do some of the cooking and I went, yes, you go for it. Right. So six months of that. And when I went back again, I had absolutely no sign of anything and I never ever had again, but there was one point and I wasn't what I would say religious or even spiritual at that age.

28:19And I had this amazing thing comes through which to me to this day, I believe was the voice of God and it said to me, if you ever eat meat again, you'll die. And I never ever ate meat again since then. So I can't deny that that was something that was so powerful and so strong. And so I've not ever eaten red meat. I'm vegetarian plus I have a bit of seafood every now and then. But red meat and that. No, there's just something in me that goes, no.

28:53Well, yeah, well thank you. I'm vegetarian. I've been a vegetarian mostly vegan since February 1978, which now makes it 43 years going on 43 years. And I've, you know, no real ailments. I can say my most issues that have ever had if I do have anything stress related. I'm just working too hard or I'm trying to get too many things. There's been a one or two occasions, a back issue. And sometimes just through stress, the immune system. But whenever I've just let the stress go diet has never been a problem. And again, I've had other people with her. I'm purely vegan diet just hasn't suited them. It's been too big a jump because it also takes a massive change in mental attitude and a whole other things. So, but definitely primarily plant based and for me it's 100% plant based.

30:05Absolutely. I'd also like to say that there was some research done with seven day adventures to they are all meditarians and they found that they lived eight to 10 years longer than the general public. That was something. Because when the longest long term, the traditional studies has been done by a guy in the United States who've written a book called, Forks Over Knives and they studied some 50,000 Chinese over 20 years and their life expectancy was significantly longer than the general population.

30:42And they were all vegetarian and they were able to get a very large population over an extended period of time because they were living in a rural environment. And it showed that being primarily plant based was a better way to go. But we've also apart from plant based, we've heard a lot about in the media and everyone about sugar. There's good sugar, bad sugar or don't have sugar about salt process salt, not okay with salt. And then there's a lot of talk about fat in the person's diet and different types of fat, good fat, fat. Denise, do you have an opinion around sugar salt and fat in a person's diet?

31:27Well, obviously all the processed foods contain all that. So, I mean, you know, when people only have to look at packages and you know, if you're in a supermarket, you can see what people are buying. And that's the majority of the population, which is really, really sad. It was most of the market educated. And so, you know, I just believe that trans fats are so toxic.

31:54And what happens is with all those processes, it thickens the cell membrane. And so, good nutrients can't even get into the cell. And so, you see these people that are really obese and they're eating and eating because their body is actually nutritionally has no, just depleted. And so, they don't actually know because they're eating all this process, package food full of salts and sugar and trans fats.

32:26And they're not getting any nutrients. So, they eat more and more this and just become obese. I mean, in herbal medicine, you know, celery is sodium. It's high in sodium. And as a trans you were saying, you know, in herbal medicine, celery in juniper is the perfect hyuretic. Chemically made, you know, sort of diuretics to plead the body of potassium.

32:54But you combine celery in juniper and it's the whole plant full of potassium. So, it works so beautifully. And there's tons of examples in herbal medicine. As far as sugar is concerned, I just talked about all cakes, pastries, pizzas, all this sort of stuff, which are just depleting the body. But I believe that even fruit sugars should be eaten alone.

33:25The exception is poor poor and prepared that have digestive enzymes. So, that can be. But even fruit sugars eaten after a heavy meal can slow digestion and ferment. And cause acidity, which indirectly causes inflammation and that's coronary artery disease, that's cancer, that's diabetes, rheumatoid, ordinary arthritis goes on.

33:56Cholesterol is not the issue with coronary artery disease. It's the sticky inflamed mucus membrane walls, the cholesterol sticks through and then calcifies. It's about inflammation. So, the simple answer would be anything to do that contains processed sugars, salts and fats, processed foods, are really going to make it to a city. They're going to add to the inflammation

34:31and it's something that you are to avoid. And also excess sugar and stuff, it really does make a big difference to people's mental attitudes as well. They become toxic and also, you know, we do need salt, but we need to have the natural salt, like Himalayan or the Celtic salt. Because that's good for us, whereas all the processed stuff is really, really bad for us. It clogs us up

35:01our arteries, it does all sorts of things. And you wonder why if you've had a heavy night on sugars and stuff like that, you wake up in the next morning and you're moody, grumpy and you wonder why. And it's the same with a lot of the wheat products. The original wheat was perfect until they started manipulating it and everything and now

35:22people are having so many problems with wheat products. Yeah, well, I must say I'm guilty of anything. We usually have steam veggies in a vegetable protein, you know, with dal or lentils and things like that, which is great. But then afterwards, about 30, 40 minutes later, I get this craving for something sweet and my go-to.

35:51I'm in the past used to be dried fruit, but now I've been having manned rins and apples and plums. But I think that's probably not a good thing to do at all. Would you suggest some alternative to that late night sort of craving? I'd late night still means about eight o'clock from there, because we usually eat around six, seven and then maybe about eight or feel something. Would you

36:20have a recommendation for the late night craving apart from willpower? Well, I've always thought that, you know, when you have a more or less a sugar addiction, it's connected with magnesium deficiency. So I'd certainly up your magnesium and I don't know about you, but if I had fruit at night, I wouldn't be able to sleep well. But if I took a couple of magnesium tablets after doing it,

36:48then I'm fine. I just sleep like a baby. So, you know, I would say it's connected more with magnesium than anything else. Thank you, Trent. Do you have anything you want to add to that today? So oh, I'd suggest maybe if you do feel like that, have some pork or a papaya, which actually won't ferment in your gut. It actually breaks down protein. And yeah, I do a mix of herbs

37:17that is the calcium magnesium phosphate. So I just use zizzapurce, chamomile, passive flora, hops, and then they end valerine and make up a mix of that. And I find just 30 or 40 drops of that before you go to bed gives you all the calcium magnesium phosphorus that you need. Oh, thank you. Thank you. It's great. I'll definitely

37:45be amazing. I can't even help. Especially for my menopausal women. Yeah, you are. I must say about chamomile is that 5% of the population, it does the reverse to and I'm one of them. Really? Yes. If I had a tea bag of it would be okay, I'd be able to sleep. But if I made up a tea out of the actual herb and let it stick for a while and that I'd be awake

38:21all night. Yes. Statistics show 5% and it's the same with Valerium. I cannot take Valerium neither can my husband wear wider wake or night. And yet other people, they're just not off really easy. So, you know, what works for one doesn't always work for another. Valerian can stimulate the liver. And that produces bile and that can keep you awake.

38:51Yeah. So, I'm one of them with some people. Yeah. Yeah. They have to be careful with people who have got fatty livers or some sort of, you know, liver issue because that actually is your detox organ. Yeah. Always, you know, ask these questions before I give any Valerian especially. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

39:19That was a tricky one one time having some, I thought, oh, I've got some Valerium tea. Let's have a nice, crazy night. We'll just have a bit of that wake up. We were awake to five in the morning. So there you go. It's all right for a long drive or something if you want to go to Sydney from Malaney, but not otherwise for me. Other people have no problem. Yeah.

39:46I think I think it's an important point that's been made that even, you know, statistically certain herbs and products that can be good for the majority of the population, you may be the exception to the rules sometimes and you can't let go of your own internal wisdom. How does your body feel and what's going on for you and trusting that? Absolutely. And then what would you say

40:17either of you, the difference between synthetic and natural vitamins or supplements, you know, say here sometimes I've heard that synthetic vitamins and synthetic supplements and natural vitamins or natural supplements really biologically the same. They look at a laboratory and say, they're the same. There's not really that much difference and according to conventional scientific

40:42ideas, they can say that they are biologically the same and we're paying a premium for natural organic things when really the synthetic thing is just as good. What would you say about that, you know, whether it may be Trenshaw? What do you think? Okay. I do use a few different supplements but not many. I'm very much into, I've come up with a great superfood

41:12smoothie that provides all the nutrients that people need and they make that up once a month and then just put a scoop of it in their smoothie every day and they're getting all the nutrients they need. But I would certainly have to say that the natural ones would be far superior but in certain cases I was speaking to my husband this morning about the synthetic ones. A synthetic vitamin C saved his life

41:40when there was nothing else back in Africa, back in the late 70s. So, you know, I suppose if you really need to use a synthetic one and you've got nothing, you haven't got the availability to a natural one, well then I would certainly still go with it. Yes. Thank you. Do you want to add anything about that Denise? Well, I mean, I've got a fairly extensive herbal medicine dispensary.

42:15Got about 200 herbs here. So, I tend to make formulations for people. You know, 20% nervous system, 20% liver, 20% adrenal. Then I come in with any symptomatic thing. I always do a long consultation. I sometimes use raky as well as iridology, plus consultations. I think that I have so many people that arrive here with plastic bags full of synthetic

42:48supplements, they're filling ill. And I just tell them just roll out and I make them herbal formulas and you know, it's inexpensive for them. It's a work on a 12 week silver mule. They come back halfway through that time. Sometimes we change it. And I've been doing that for 30 odd years. I still have those clients. They might come and see me once a year, but they pick up their tonics. Every six weeks,

43:19I have some executives that I have helped through their stresses. They come and get 500 mill bottles of their tonics. So, I'm very much a herbalist. I don't really like pills. Because they're just eating them down. Very liquid. You have them on an empty stomach and your cells absorb them straight away without your gut having to worry. So, that's my experience. Yes, there's a few things

44:00like, you know, the oils, you know, they're very beneficial. And that trends are, you know, I sort of look at foods, you know, that's our first, good food. And then plant supplements on top of that. I mean, this is, to me, the way we've meant to be nourished by the soil. The soil is where we're supposed to be nourished. Yeah, definitely. And sorry, just kind of we're getting to the end of

44:36conversation. Do you have any health secrets that you could share with us regarding, you know, how the average person can maintain optimal health and overcome, you know, small ailments and things like that? What would you say? Well, definitely having a positive attitude, feeling peace within themselves, spending time in stillness, for sure. Having a really good nutritional diet and drinking

45:03plenty of water and doing some exercise. But Michael, focus and I over the many, many years, we have developed 13 e-books with some of the most miraculous remedies and insights that we've found over the years on depression. Like for instance, we basically make most of our medicines here. We grow the herbs here on our middle-passed properties. But the one thing that I found that so many people

45:35were using antidepressants and so forth. And for 13 years, I did the natural opposite for one of the local retreats. And I was able to get them off their antidepressants after six days with our blue's buster remedy. And they only needed to take it for 12 weeks. And then after that, their adrenal glands and nervous system were repaired and they only needed to have a bottle on hand if they were having

46:06a really bad day. So there are so many wonderful things that people can do. Like we even came up with a great, like, and working alongside of, it was fountainhead at the time. But working alongside of a lot of the people who had, like, ice addictions and so forth, we came up with freedom from. And that was me experimenting over those years to see what worked. They were able to really come off it within

46:36about two days. And they didn't have the withdrawals that they were having before. Just with these wonderful whole plant remedies, which was so good. But you know, if people visit our website, you'll see focuses spent many, many years putting lots of articles up there about all sorts of things. We're very much into edible weeds, which grow wild around us. And we have a couple of times a

47:01year we have people come here and we show them what the weeds are like. I think if you only got involved with all of them, like planting, nothing better for your menopause or for if you can't afford having organic food all the time and you take just a few of those leaves in your salads every day, it gets rid of all the heavy metals and everything that normally yellowed

47:28up for if you're a vegetarian to actually get your iron levels and energy levels up and purify your blood. And if you do go off and have a party on, say one night and you have a herbal tea of that, the next morning, your blood sugar levels are perfect, everything's okay. So we're very much into the middle path, not to extreme one way or the other and every now and then let you let you hear

47:54down. You know, but there's quite a few wonderful edible herbs around that grow wild. I've seen them in Sydney along the railway tracks. I've seen them all around the world popping up in the ice and and so on and so on. So if you have a look on our website, you'll see a lot of information about those things. The other thing too is like we've got 13 e-books and we've got one on depression on

48:21natural therapies and that fork, hands-up. Just the miracle attributes of the lemon and it just goes on and on in my meditation and beyond one as well where there are about four different meditation techniques that the majority of people would never have ever seen at their quite secretive. So if you're asking about that type of thing, you know, we've got hypnotherapy tracks and most of those are only

48:49of the $20 per one and I must say if anybody just doesn't have money or anything, they can just email me and I'm always happy to help. Thank you. So there's lots of things there and we do online consultations and I'm a medical introvert so I do distant healing and distant diagnosis as well. Thank you. And Denise, do you have any health secrets you could share with us?

49:18Well, I've always sort of been into, well my thing is grounding. I just believe there's a lot of people that shall hopefully breathe a lot of stress, you know, their heads like a washing machine. I just believe in meditation, grounding. I just find for me, soft sand running along the beach, my feet are grounding in the earth. I hear the water and I'm grateful. I just practice gratitude

49:53and I think sometimes when you practice gratitude, that's when you receive abundance and it can be in your health, your wellbeing, absolutely anything. Your financial aspects, everything not proven it and then water, immersing your self in water, having bars with lavender and then of course all the nutrients, the good plant-based nutrients, the plant-blest diet, keeping your gut alkaloid,

50:26alkalized and nourishing your body, mind and body. I find, you know, there's lots of things, acupuncture, raky, that the cleave, the chakras, I'm grateful even, the energy force through the body. Yes, as far as depression, I've looked after a lot of menopausal women, I've got them off a lot of antidepressants. You know, the fat build-up that women get because they're lacking on

51:00progesterone and estrogen, I work very much on estrogen dominance in tumour work and in obesity. It just sort of goes on and on and on I guess. Thank you, thank you Denise. And in fact, thank you both through the transgender and Denise, the wisdom and your years and years of experience. And at the end of this interview, there are two slides with trenches, email and

51:30website, details so that you can go to her website and find out more information about what you provides and also for Denise with her email contact her and website to be able to get more information about what Denise provides. And what I've found is that both of these people have been exceptionally in my life and it's been a great, overall, and most of the

52:02people who have never got a phone going off. Anyway, it's coming from. I'm too. Anyway, must be the universe saying that this is common. So we've done it at times, so thank you very much. Thank you Michael and lovely meeting you Denise.

52:29Yeah, lovely to meet you too, Trancher. Yeah, many blessings to everyone. Thank you. Thank you. Bye.

52:36Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye.

52:39Bye. Bye. Bye.
