0:00Welcome everyone. This is the seventh presentation in the Spiritual series. In this presentation there are three parts. Part one, why is enlightenment important? Is it a basic need? Part two, levels of consciousness, part three, enlightenment, how to get there and it'll be followed with question time. But just before we start the

0:27presentation I want us to do a one minute centering exercise. Spine straight, head erect, eyes gently closed and absolutely perfectly still. Take in a deep breath through the nose and and sigh it out through the mouth. Just letting go of any tension you may be holding. Now take your awareness to the sounds around you. The sounds outside of the room,

1:17the sounds of any traffic of the people, the sound of nature. Now take your awareness to the sounds in the room. Any people, any machines running the sound of my voice and the sound of your breath. And take in two really long slow breaths through the nose, breathing in through the nose and out through the nose. And return your awareness to the screen. Welcome everyone and this is all about enlightenment and how I got

3:28interested in this. Probably it was about 40 odd years ago in February of 1978 I was traveling overseas with my wife and I ended up in Morocco and we drove down the west coast of Morocco to a place called Taguerza Beach and while I was there I met this man here and he's a photo of him doing a yoga pose and his name before he changed it was Freddie McCoy and he changed it to a hammered Sophie and he was late 40s when I met him

4:13and literally had nothing but the clothes that he wore on his back and a little backpack and there was his wife. She had changed her name to Zina but I think it was Jenny or something before and they had a four-year-old son who was born in Morocco and his name was Boo and they were literally just traveling the roads and in this instance they'd been picked up by some tourists in their big Mercedes van and had taken them you know under their wing and were looking after them and when I met them at the beginning of February

4:511978 they were camped on a beach, Taguerza Beach about a thousand kilometres down the Atlantic coast of Morocco and they were about halfway down the middle of the beach it was a very long beach probably about six or eight kilometres and at the very northern end of the beach it was a big caravan park and that's where I had parked with my wife at the time in our camper van and through a whole lot of coincidences we met someone and was eventually introduced to Hamid and when I first met him you know like he's a nice guy very pleasant and I was very skeptical about this thing about you know gurus and all this sort of stuff and initially when he was talking to me it was like yeah okay well alright and it was probably several days into meeting him because my wife was very enamored with him and we would go almost every day to visit him and be with him and they were about half a dozen other people that had gathered with him

6:00and we would sit and meet most days for a couple of hours and he'd be chatting to us and then wonder he just clicked something just went wow this guy is pretty switched on this guy is very amazing and all these kind of synchronistic I can only say revelatory experiences took place around him and things were easy and it was all common sense and a very kind of a typical thing was on one occasion I went to sit there and talked to him and there's about three or four others with me and I had my spectacles in the case I took them out and I put them on my face and I just I could see him better and then he saw me doing that and said can I borrow your glasses and I passed them over to him and he put them on and he went oh what how can you wear those? these things he says I've got 20 20 vision and they're bad for my eyes if you've already got weak eyes and you put these things on what are they doing to your eyes now in a sense there's no logic to it but I got it I got it straight away I got that I'm supposed to use them to correct something but at the end of the day they're keeping my eyes out about on all the time. and really he's saying without actually saying it don't wear these glasses and as I said it was like it communicated on another level and there were these things that were happening all the time.

7:42The end result of being with him for about six weeks was I change from being someone who had been at university very ambitious wanting to go into business. Afterwards I came back to Australia and I thought I just can't go back into my everyday life it doesn't it doesn't work for me I can't relate to it anymore and the only thing that made sense with some friends who had moved from Sydney to Nimbin up in Northern New South Wales and they kind of dropped out and joined a community and I thought wow maybe I should try that so I went up to Nimbin just outside another place called Barker's Vale. I joined a commune there thinking oh this is where I can find meaning to my life and maybe I'll work things out and after six months of being there I realised hang on a minute this doesn't work these people at least the people I was involved with at the time really aren't searching for something they're really just trying to escape and it really didn't work for me and it took me another six months and then I let it go and managed to sell my share and move on and then I went looking for meaning and found these people who were involved with yoga meditation and they were monks that were with an organisation called the Sanjian Endo and I got involved joined up and then after a while I realised look that wasn't for me either and I ended up moving on and then the thing that most was significant for me was

9:22trying to make my life work because there was just so much stress in the relationship so much stress with work and eventually I became a therapist and here I am some 40 years later working it out trying to make it all work but this experience with the Humid in Morocco was profound I just got there's another side to who we are and where we're going and I'm going to go to the and so there was this deep yearning in me to find meaning in my life and so I started this path of searching for enlightenment whatever that means and at the time I started many years ago I really didn't know what it meant it was very glamorous sort of idea and like I'm being a guru I'm being whatever it was very glamorous and the reality of it is that there's a lot of work and there's a lot of releasing conditioning and patterns of belief so the whole thing is you know why is enlightenment such a big deal why is it important and what I have found that with enlightenment really it's a choice it's this process of growth we are born as a potential we're born as a seed we're incomplete and the universe life gives us a choice whether to fulfill our potential or to not fulfill our potential and it's up to us to make that choice but if you don't fulfill your potential then there'll be something missing in you and for most of us we think for filling our potential requires us to be successful.

11:21and business become famous powerful have you know the most amazing relationship or whatever all those things are significant and all those things are wonderful to achieve and in the process of achieving them the real benefit comes from who do you have to become in order for those things to turn up in your life. so the process of becoming successful or to real resolve some anxiety the real benefit is the transformation of yourself and so ultimately the transformation of yourself is really where the benefit lies and unless you transform and find that place of peace within yourself even if you're all the material wealth and the success you desire there will still be something that's missing and even if you don't acquire the material wealth or the success and you find this place of peace within yourself you're going to be okay because really that's the bottom line that's what makes the difference this is why I have called my business inner peace mastery. because really what it's about for me is to find a place where I feel okay within myself and I find at this stage in my life and in my journey I'm here to teach the methodology and the whole concept of finding inner peace because I'm yet to achieve that inner peace but in the process of teaching it I teach myself I hear my own story I hear what I'm

13:15saying to others and that's the advice I need to hear a time will come when that'll be integrated and I'm sure I'll still keep teaching this sort of idea but it will be for a different reason but for now it's as much for my journey and understanding as it is for yours and so the way I see it is your ultimate destiny is to work to fulfilling your potential because the not fulfilling that potential leaves you with an emptiness and anxiety something that still isn't okay and that's the kind of catalyst the trigger to keep pushing you forward to search but the way our life is set up everything is set up for us to look external to ourselves and I think you have to go through that journey you have to go through that journey. You have to go through the journey of looking at the external world making that work and finding yourself in that but eventually once you've got that you'll find that it's not enough and so this process this journey of enlightenment I believe is an absolute necessity if you are looking for a sense of understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and

understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and energy of a very highly conscious person is far greater than the energy of a low conscious person and to the extent if you looked at someone who has a consciousness level of 500 which is at the level of love, the energy level they can bring to something is up to a million, where is someone who has a very low level of consciousness at 100 who is very fearful and very

17:44much caught up in what's taking place outside and there is no personal responsibility, has an energy level of about 100 so it's a difference between 100 and a million it's significant, someone at the level of 100 really isn't able to take command of their lives, they're not really able to create change in their lives, they're at the stage of just reacting to things. We can't really start to create change in our lives until we get to the scale of 200 and at 200 we're at a point where we're taking personal responsibility and this personal responsibility is a key in the transformation. So theoretically no one has stopped from going anywhere or doing anything or achieving anything but in practice for some people the consciousness blocks the energetic blocks, the degree of programming is significant and it's highly unlikely in this lifetime they'll ever be able to overcome those. So once you get to 200 and I believe the majority of people who will be watching this presentation will be in the high 400s and will and truly into the 500s because if you're not at that sort of understanding this thing that I'm presenting will just sound too fanciful.

19:16It will sound too out there and too much space cadet or cosmic one bat or call it what you want. You won't have a connection to it because it's too far away removed from how you perceive the world around you but at this particular level absolutely you can transform your life and you can change it and find that place of peace within your life. So there are two significant levels one to 200 where you begin to take responsibility and you can become the creator when you get the 600 it's the stage when peace starts to become a part of your life in a big way. At the point of 700 you have stabilized and actually transcended the ego you've gone beyond the ego conditioning.

20:18So I believe from one consciousness level of one to consciousness level of 699 just before the 700 you can go up and down. So it's possible at one point of the day you're at resonating at 500 and you're loving and you're feeling really wonderful and connected and several hours later you're down to 100 and feeling fearful and uncertain and you're caught up in a whole lot of stress and that's a fluctuation that occurs but your highest frequency when you're no longer caught up in your patterns sits at 500 but once you get to the magic number of 700 you stabilize that you won't come out of that you remain permanently in that place. And when you have these moments of connection then that's when it starts at 600 you can have these things called samadhi experiences and for a moment you've had this sense of being free of the ego and feeling connected and then you drop out of it.

21:34Almost like a radio transmitter for a moment or a radio receiver for a moment it's picking up the universal signal and it's got a clear message and then a few minutes later the aerial goes out of alignment and you've lost that message. And so this is your connecting and disconnecting but gradually you'll start to move your way up the scale and the issues of being afraid rejected angry, ashamed whatever start to disappear and the sense of enthusiasm and feeling empowered and being rational and openhearted in Greece. So this is a measure of consciousness. So enlightened people by this measure are all from 700 and higher and then the highest level of enlightenment sits at a thousand. And so some of it at a thousand operates in a whole other different reality. We'll be looking at a Buddha or Jesus or a Christ and people like that or people who have transcended being people and then become something universal.

22:54Because particular consciousnesses were a thousand and after a thousand you can't stay in a physical human body anymore. You become something else. So this particular scale has been very enlightening. And the thing that Hamid said to me back in Morocco many years ago if we had 16,000 people or more at the level of 700 or higher the whole consciousness of the planet would change almost immediately. And it would be like a critical mass would be reached and we would be able to lift everyone out of a whole lot of fear through kinesiological testing at the moment. It's estimated that it's about 7,000 people on the planet at this time with an idea of 16.

23:56But there would be some two or three hundred thousand people just below that level. So we don't need a lot of people to make the change. We just need the people who are ready and open to go for it because the effect is magnified by millions of times. It was said at one point in our history that one person at a thousand sitting here on planet earth was able to neutralize the entire all of humanity's negativity. And that particular individual transcended and now it's has been replaced by a group of very very high individuals supporting us.

24:38But this is a transformational time for us all. And it doesn't work on the everyday understanding of you know we need a huge percentage of people on the planet. We really only are talking about 16,000 or so people. On the next slide I have this selection of enlightened people. And here we have eight enlightened people and all of them resonate above 700.

25:17They stabilize their personality. And the only one who's not at 700 is Russell Brand in the very last one there on the bottom right hand corner with Isaiahra and he's at 620 and that is still amazing and he is remarkable. Working from the top row on the left hand side we have back mince the fuller. He was an architect and then became enlightened. Then we have Sri Okanath, a yogi, an Indian yogi who probably spent from his teenage years to whatever age he is there became enlightened. Then in number three position in the middle there is Osho who used to be called Rajnish.

26:05And he was the professor of philosophy at a university in India. And the thing with Osho why I relate to him so well is because it's how he explains it. He explains it from a professor, academic, rational explanation. And yet he's experiencing some of the highest levels. He would probably of all those people on that illustration.

26:33They probably holds the highest level of consciousness. And so when Osho departed his body through kinesiological testing I believe he was resonating at an 840, which is extremely remarkable. And here is him being able from that place to be able to communicate so clearly. And then the very one on the top right hand corner in number four position is Hamid Sophie who I met in Morocco.

27:05And he was a jazz musician. So here we have a jazz musician. Then if you look down on the bottom left hand corner there is Yogananda. He was a yogi and an author. He wrote several books. He was an educated man. And then the next one is Choak Koxui.

27:28And he's a Chinese Filipino and a chemical engineer. And he's the founder of a very powerful, chronic healing medality. And met him on one occasion. Very, very remarkable man. And then the next one is David Hawkins. And David Hawkins was a psychiatrist.

27:54And so you could either say, here's a psychiatrist who became enlightened or he was an enlightened person because I think he already was close to being enlightened before he even became a psychiatrist. And the last person there is Aizara. And she lived on the northern beaches of Sydney and was a surfy chick. And she's with Russell Brand. And Aizara is an amazing remarkable, very, very special woman. And she and Russell met and it prior to that Aizara had been very much drug addicted in her twenties.

28:35And she, through the force of her will and the strength of her spirit, overcome that. And that very addiction was the mechanism to accelerate her transformation. So your greatest wounding can be your greatest curse. But if you embrace it and learn from it, it becomes your greatest gift.

28:57And so I can see why Aizara and Russell would be, you know, connecting and hitting it off. Because both of them at one point in their lives had some sort of drug addiction and both had transcended it. And Russell is this amazing person who is teaching and supporting others. But one of the things about enlightened people is, a lot of people have misconceptions.

29:28They kind of put them all together and they're going to think they're similar. They're very different. They're unique individuals. You look at these eight people, they're very different. You know, here we have a chemical engineer.

29:40We've then got a musician. We've got a hippie chick. Then we've got a psychiatrist. And then we have an Indian yogi. It's like everyone's different. They're different backgrounds. Present them differently. They can be enlightened and have given up all the material possessions.

29:59Like Okanath, the second one, Sri Okanath. And he was an Indian yogi and followed the traditional Indian yogi path. Or you can look at number six, Koxui, the chemical engineer. And he was a gentleman. He came from a very wealthy family to begin with.

30:19And so he was already wealthy and just became even more wealthy. But the wealth wasn't a big deal. It didn't define him. It's only people who don't have wealth who think that wealth is an obstacle. It's not. It can be for many people it is.

30:33But once people have connected to it, they have had it. They realize it doesn't give you what everyone thinks it's going to give you. So their individuals, their own individual people. And also people think they're competent and they know everything.

30:49They don't. They know their own stuff. Oshawa is great when it came to the philosophy of the understanding, the explanation. You know, Hamid Sufi, the jazz musician, really just knew how to breathe, be in present state and be in present time. But when it came to explaining it, he really didn't have the degree of sophistication that Oshawa had.

31:13Because he wasn't trained in that way. He didn't have that sort of mind. They're very different. But the thing is, you looked at Oshawa. He wouldn't have had the business acumen that Cox Sui, the chemical engineer who was born into a Chinese family in the Philippines. They were very business orientated. People lay understood it.

31:34He could make it work a business-wise. Here is Oshawa, an academic who became enlightened, passes over the whole organization, hundreds of millions of dollars a year, thousands and thousands of devotees. And then has his manager blow up around it because she just couldn't handle this whole transformation that was needing to take place. But he can be on some level quite naive around the organization.

32:03But that doesn't take away from the fact that he is the man he says he is in that he holds the state. So they may lack competence outside their fields, but it doesn't mean they can't hold present time awareness. And if you're in their presence, it is a blessing and a joy. But one thing that does define them, they are working actively towards their higher good.

32:31There is a genuine sense of purpose and tremendous love to support those around them. And another thing that defines this group of people is they're all inclusive because they can see the spirit in everyone. Because they themselves are in their own spirit and you will see what you project out. They're in their own spirit. They immediately see the spirit in everyone.

32:58Someone plays out their ego, but they don't identify that person as their ego. They identify that person as their spirit. It's only we who were lost in our own ego are caught in the ego of the other person. So these people are a massive, lessened support role model for us all. And so how to get there, how to get to this place of enlightenment.

33:27And there are as many ways of getting there as there are people. The last enlightened person I met was about five or six years ago. And his name was Michael. And my Suzy and I were living on a yoga retreat on the central coast of New South Wales called the Wabra retreat.

33:51And we'd move from the main house down to the stables and we decorated the stables to end it into our home. And we wanted to install the TV aerial. So I looked up the local paper. I found a TV aerial installer and I rang him up and this guy turns up.

34:09And he, when I first saw him, he looked like a bikeie to me. He was about, I found out later he was 58 years of age. He was all muscular, tattooed. And he looked very much what I would imagine a biker to look like.

34:27And he's only here to put the aerial on. He's not there for anything else. And then I started talking to him and he was the sweetest, most gentle person. And then he started talking to me about what do I do?

34:41I talked about meditation, my wife's doing yoga. I work in personal development. And he then related and experience he had recently had. About six months earlier, he was returning from visiting his sister several hundred kilometres up the coast.

35:00And while he was driving home, he suddenly had this almost like convulsion that overtook him. And he needed to park his car because he couldn't drive. And this thing lasted for some period of time. But after it passed, he said, I was different.

35:17I said, it's like all my anxiety that I had experienced right up until that time had gone. He said, I was an alcoholic. I had been married two or three times before. He had six children from his combined marriages.

35:34He had broken, I don't know, a dozen different bones in his body. He had a really hard time. And he said, the only thing that ever gave me peace was riding my push bike. So at the age of 16, he became a competitive push bike rider.

35:53And he would ride the bike ride the bike to the point of exhaustion. And in doing that, it would just blow the stress off. And for a period of time, he would feel great. And gradually, it would come back.

36:05But after this experience, six months ago, it's gone forever. He said, it's gone. I don't have it anymore. And he says, do you know what?

36:14The one thing I find is I have so much time now. And he says, I don't worry about anything. I don't think about anything. I put my little ad in the paper.

36:24People ring me up. I always have enough business. I go and do the job. I come back.

36:29It's really easy. I said, I don't have to think about anything. And for the first time, I feel fantastic. He had reached the point of enlightenment.

36:40When I did a kinesiological testing, he was a 700. He was someone who had let go of his ego. It took him 42 years of riding his bike competitively to burn up his psychological emotional conditioning pain.

37:02Call it what you want. And he reached the point. And he was so excited to be able to get to the point.

38:06If I'm looking at this enlightenment process, it's a two step process. The first step is you have, there's a step of effort. You need to do something. So chasing it.

38:19He just worked on releasing the stress. So let's look at these two steps. So what is the effort that I can make? What are the things that I can do?

38:37And the first effort is what I call purification, psychological and emotional deprogramming. So it's like looking at where do I become critical? What's my negative self talk?

38:52How can I let go of the limited thinking? In the first instance about myself, take care of yourself and then you'll stop thinking about other people. Whatever you say to another person is really a projection of what

39:08deep down you think about yourself. They're not competent. It's because you're afraid of not being competent. I'm afraid it won't work.

39:14It's because you're afraid it won't work. You see, they're need for approval and that's an issue for you. And that's because there's a need for approval in you. And so work on it for you.

39:26So you're looking at when it comes to purification, it is letting go of the limited critical thoughts that come into your mind and you work through your emotions. Where am I getting upset?

39:40How are these trivial things bothering me? And in particular, it'll be with people that are closest to you. Your children, your spouse, the members of your family. And it's like, how can I go past that?

39:55That's one part. The next part is, yes, you can do meditation. Meditating, I think, is fabulous. It's amazing.

40:04They say it took Buddha when he first started to meditate six years of focus to effort. And then the meditation he was doing was breath awareness. It's called unappana.

40:18And then one night during a full moon while sitting under the Bodhi tree, he found his enlightenment. And the story that goes on around this is that when he came out of it and he looked at it, he laughed and he

40:38laughed and said, it was so simple. It's so simple. It's so simple. Yes, it was simple for him.

40:48He was already at a very advanced stage and he placed himself six years full time into doing it. It's his calling. You can't do it his way.

40:57You have to do it your way. My way was to go and do the passion of meditation. It's a 10 day retreat where you meditate early in the morning to late at night and I was doing that.

41:11I finished the 10 days and I felt better and I suffered gone but I really didn't get it. I had to do it five times before I got it. Meditating wasn't something that came naturally for me.

41:23It took me 13 years from the time I really focused on meditating to the point of where I could meditate. After having done five 10 day meditations and that was over a third year period, I did a further five meditations

41:40in five consecutive years and I must say it was amazing and wonderful and fabulous. But to get to that point, boy, oh boy, it was tough. So you can do it through a formal meditation process or a

41:55regular routine. And the regular routine can be the bike riding, dancing, going, learning, out of dance, singing, martial arts, music, having a focused effort over a period of time is the thing

42:10that will get you through it and pushing you through your barriers. Go to the gym, work out of the gym and as you're working out of the gym, yes, there's a whole lot of ego, there's a whole

42:20lot of other stuff but there's also a positive benefit in that as you break through to another level of your personal best, you're actually releasing a level of your psychological conditioning and limitations.

42:34So you work on things that push you to your limit. You work on things that enable you to become better. Whatever it happens to be, become an artist, do the painting, paint.

42:46And when you start the paint, you go through all this anxiety, they won't love it, they think, yeah, yeah, yeah, so what? So you're like, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey,

And so, as I mentioned before, the enlightenment process is a two-step process. The other part of the enlightenment process is this idea of no effort. And so how do I go into no effort without making effort about effort? So it's a bit of a catch 22 thing. So how do I get there with it? No effort.

47:18And so the way you do it is by having fun finding your joy. So you don't try and go no effort. You don't try to do things. You just focus on something else than in the process of focusing on something else. It will change. Because what happens is this no effort thing is really important because your ego is like a mountain. And when it rains, when the blessings of heaven fall upon you, the ego is such that they just run off to the side. So ineffective for using that metaphor, you want to change from a mountain to a valley. And a valley is open and receptive. A valley is accepting. A valley is surrendered. So when the rain falls on a valley, it can be held. So how do you get there? First thing is there's no effort. And the first trick in no effort is, as I said, second ago, have fun. Find your joy. The next one is acceptance. And so acceptance is everything's going to be all right. Just let it be the way it is. Eventually it will all turn out okay. Yes, we're under a lot of pressure. And there's a massive paranoia going on out there.

48:45And many things in society are under stress and societies at a critical point. But that's not where it's at. What is important here is you maintain your presence. You maintain your sense of okayness. So if the worst case scenario happened, which I don't imagine it will, and you're going to die or something, your transcendence is what's really important. You yourself are going to be okay. But it won't happen like that. It doesn't go like that. You know, for something to get you, there's got to be a part of you that's hooked into it. And so can you get past that? And there's a famous saying that comes from the movie, the best exotic Marygoll hotel. Everything will be all right in the end. And if it's not all right, then it's not yet the end. Another tip for understanding no effort is the state of enlightenment is not something to be achieved. It's something to be rediscovered. It's your essential nature.

49:53It's like the sky that's been covered with clouds. So, and what happens is with no effort and just being centered, you find the clouds are blown away and you're back to pure sky. So the thing about enlightenment is it is not something that you have to do. It is something to rediscover. And you are already enlightened. It's just been covered. That essence of you exists. It's just a cover. So we are to let go of this. And summing up, it's like, you know, there is a point in your life where you need to make a massive effort. So the paradox with enlightenment is you work hard for 20 years to get to the point of not having to work hard. Or if you're really, really of that particular temperament and you're blessed, you can just let go straight away. But for most of us, we can't do that. I haven't been able to do that.

50:56It's been a focus effort over a considerable time to get to the point of now being able to let go of the effort and have more fun. And so, may the journey be a blessing and a joy for you. With tonight's presentation, I would like to thank Radion Sokolov for marketing production and web design and Aaron McFarland for camera lights and post production. Just to remind you, breathe through your nose. Thank you for watching. And let's go on to questions.
